I'm having some problems with designing good jerseys. I decided to post hem here, so you can give some advice and help me getting better!

Not many sponsors, I think it's a little better than the Volvo shirt, but still needs a little work. A good start though, maybe experiment with some more shapes, and again, sponsors, they are vital.
Oh and btw, should this be in the PCM 09 thread?

I think so, cause i only have 2007, 2008 and 2009. But if the administrator thinks it should be moved, he may do that...

The UCI should logo be turned around 90 degrees, and I think you should recolor it.

I prefer Paint.NET, that's why I always use it.

Well, you should keep the height and width proportions the same when you resize something. But apart from that, I like it.

I´d recommend GIMP: easy to use and much better than Paint.Net (your logos have a bad quality, with GIMP they´d look much better). It´s not as good as Photoshop but at least it´s free.

Well, I need some help with that. If I'm using paint.net, it is hard to keep the sizes right... do you know how to fix that?

I copy the image to a new file and then resize it there. Then I place it back
