Here we go, your riders going to your races in your team
Name; Endura-Rapha-Raleigh
Based; UK
UCI Code; ERR
Bikes; Raleigh
Division; Continental
Team Bio
Formed in a merger between Endur and Rapha, the team emerges in 2011. Endura now hold 2 teams, by becoming the secondary sponsor. Rapha take over the main sponsor role. Combined the team has a solid budget and 20 riders. Passed over for a Pro-Continental liscense the team will set out to rectify that. Raleigh are providing the bikes (i know they arent in the game, but just imagine it) giving the team great performance machines. Heres hoping for a Pro-Continental liscense at least.
Jersey
Squad
Goals
A more in depth season preview will go up over the next few days. We will look at our schedule, our targets, more depth on some key riders and a quick word with one or two of them....

I agree, Stage win in the tour or vuelta only with wildcard and it will be hard to get one on both. |

There's surely no need to go for the sponsor goals.
I think it would have a bad influence on the overall performance if we plan the season according to these unrealistic expectations.
Oh, and if you need any kind of interview or a short rider blog, Timm Bauer would gladly help you out with that

We do have non-tour goals at a 1* importance - top 10 at both Qatar and Britain ....
A rundown of the riders will go up later ...
I take fitness planning way too seriously (i put it all into excel!) so a race schedule will take longer...
Still working on it...
I will ask for 2 pre-season interviews by pm

Casper Van der Luijt (NED)
Age;24
Targets; Hel van Het Mergelland, Brixia Tour, TDF
Notes; The aspiring Casper has the potential to get some great placeings in the mountains. Over the year he will be targeting growth on his TT skills.
Matt Bath (Aus)
Age;24
Targets; Santos TDU
Notes; A solid rider, very much like Michael Rogers in build and ability. Has every chance to shine in the smaller stage races which include a TT. Can he out race Casper for mountains leader?
Jack Wiles (GBR)
Age; 23
Targets; Tour of Britain, Amgen Tour of California, TDF
Notes; The Brit is one of the countries best climbers, and has the potential to become a real contender. Lacks behind both Matt anc Casper, but has age on his side, just.
Jakob Zoltan (Hun)
Age; 27
Notes; Doesnt have any key races, so will be challenging all over the calendar. Has the skills needed to win stage races, and a bit of room to improve, but is time against him?
I will get an interview with one of these soon....

Miguel Rocha (Ber)
Age; 24
Notes; He doesnt want to target any races specifically yet. The sprint leader will attempt to win any bunch finish, and can get over hills some of his main rivals cant. Some doubts about his consitency in longer stage races.
Angus McDonald (GBR)
Age;24
Targets; MSR
Notes; Maybe ambitious with MSR as a goal, but will luck he has the ability. Not as fast as Miguel but will get over a few more hills, and has the consitency in stage races. Keep an eye on him for points jerseys.
I will get an interview with one of these soon....

Alex Zhou (Chi)
Age; 22
Notes; A surprisingly good classics rider, Alex will look to lead over the pave. He is unproven as a leader though. He will also be of great use on the lead-out
Jey-Cy Gilbert (Bel)
Age; 27
Targets; Strade Bianchi, E3 Prijs, Liege-Bastogne-Liege
Notes; Equally good in all classics, Jey-Cy will definatly be a key rider in one day races. He lacks the consitency in multi-day races to make him a leader though.
Nils Eldar Svensson (Swe)
Age; 18
Targets; 3 Days De Panne, Post Danmark Rundt, Paris-Roubaix
Notes; Young and talented, its his ability to grow that makes Nils special. He will be a valuable ally to Alex and will be at the head of the peloton in the flat finishes.
Jeremy Richardson (RSA)
Age; 18
Targets; Tour of Britain, Tour of Qatar, Paris-Roubaix
Notes; Again a young classics rider. Will get stronger over the years, but is still a good help to the leaders.
Ruben Van Weerd (Ned)
Age; 21
Targets; Omloop, 3 Days De Panne, Paris-Roubaix
Notes; While he currently goes strong over cobbles, Ruben has the capacity to turn his hand to anything in the future. A fantastic potential all-rounder

Orjan Somme (Nor)
Age; 21
Targets; Post Danmark Rundt, Tour of Oman, Eneco Tour
Notes; Equally good in a sprint, its his TT skills that give him the place in the team. 2nd best against the clock he will be allowed to go for it. He will also be valuable in lead-outs.
Timm Bauer (Ger)
Age; 21
Targets; Bayern Rundfahrt, Osterreich Rundfahrt, WC ITT
Notes; An upcoming TT'er who has caught some attention. He can also pull on the early mountains in a stage. Wont match T.Martin, but could challenge Somme.
William Edvardsen (Nor)
Age; 20
Targets; Tour of Britain, Tirreno-Adriatico
Notes; While he came to focus in sprints, its his skills against the clock where he has potential. A solid squad member
Torgier Gronalden (Nor)
Age; 18
Targets; Criterium International, WC ITT, TDF
Notes; A good all-rounder, but his future in TT is exciting. With the right coaching he could be a world beater, and still a solid all-rounder.

An Interview with .... Jakob Zoltan
What do you think of the new team?
The new team its very good. No individual superstars, a few good riders, a few nice domestique riders and a few talents. Its a really good mix.
Do you have any particular goals for the year?
My goals its the Tour of San Luis and if we can do here above expectations, then we could get a wildcard for PAris-Nice or even for the Giro.
How do you view the other climbers, threats or friends?
With the other climbers/puncheurs i think we can share the responsabilities in team. We can help each other, as for example me and Wiles we can help Wan der Luit or Bath in oneday or shorter stage races, but in longer races we can ask them to help.
