With the merger we all have an important question, do you like it, or not?

I personally don't understand why eveyonw hates it so much. I really like Frandy and I feel with kloden, Horner and brajkovic to help out they'll do better on Le tour. Could someone explain it all to me.. |

Bruyneel. He stands for tactics designed to make races as boring as possible.
He also stands for the Omerta, the code of silence that protects dopers.
Finally, his ridiculously huge ego doesn't help one bit. Not just as a director, claiming how he's fantastic (when his tactics are usually quite dumb), but also back when he was a rider, his personality was incredibly grating. Suffice to say he was the only guy who ever managed to get IndurĂ¡in angry. Very angry. He did it by showing he has no concept at all of the words "fair play".
He is occasionally hilarious though, I'll give him that. Unintentionally hilarious yes, but still hilarious. Especially that time he claimed his nickname is "The Hog" because he wins so many races. That was really funny when you consider he was named The Hog by his fellow racers because he would hog any and all kinds of dope he could borrow from everyone.

This, absolutely. It's amazingly horrible to see that man with his sheeps coming to a quite cool team - from a neutral fan view.

Guys, that was discussed long enough now.
I like many riders that will ride for RSNT, the Schlecks, Voigt, Klemme to name some. But Bryuneel destroys anything: the reputation of the team and the reputation of cycling in general.

Hmm well I'm not entirely convinced. But hey, anything can be better than Leotard-Schleck right?
Overall... I'm quite happy for Andy in particular to be riding elsewhere than the current Leopard set-up, it's probably the main reason why I've stopped supporting him much to be honest.
Oh and I do quite like Radioshack too so hopefully that'll help make the new team a little more interesting from a personal perspective.

Exactly why I don't like it. Now your taking Kloden,Horner, and Brajkovic, and turning them into sacrificial lambs to Andy and Franck Schleck. The team will be absorbed around them so much, just like Leopard is now. Plus, wasn't Leopard - Trek made for Andy and Frank. They're more or less taking over Radioshack with only 4 guys.

i was a huge radioshack fan but now i dont like it because now klodi, jani, and horner have to work for Andy. Plus this team will absolutely dominate. Also America loses their best team.

I have to say that I love both Radioshack and Leopard-Trek. Combined they will make an awesome team what will definately lead Andy to the Tour de France. Their touring side will probably be:
F. Schleck, A. Schleck, J. Fuglsang, F. Cancellara, J. Voigt, A. Kloden, M. Monfort, J. Brajkovic and L. Gerdemann
So, this is a very similar touring squad from the Leopard-Trek team with the addition of Kloden and Brajkovic. It's a smart move as they will be a major team in every race they compete in.
My one problem: WHAT KIND OF A NAME IS RADIOSHACK-NISSAN-TREK???!!! |

Nope, Team Garmin continues.
rorzcp: Well, there is nothing about 'Leopard being proud of racing in fact against Mollema when he had a mechanical' in Willier's link. The fact is, that Leopard already paced really hard in the front of peloton before Mollema got the mechanical. And I think it's quite difficult to wait for anybody in last kms of the race in that situation.

Exactly, do you not think that Chris Horner should be on above Monfort or Gerdemann? It doesn't matter, because Leopard is taking over. |

They didn't do "shit" because they both abandoned after nasty crashes
But you're right, Radioshack sucks, Leopard sucks, combined they suck even more (just get rid of Hermans, and I couldn't care less about the team).
