Hi everyone, hopefully my 3rd attempt  at downloading my purchased copy of PCM11 will be downloaded this week and it wont be corrupted, however I want to make a story.
I want to record my game on Fraps and upload it on youtube, kinda like edibletoast's LP PCM11.
I want ideas about how my story should be setted out. 
I want to start a fantasy team and not a Proteam. |

I think personally you should make a team that will contend for grand tours...everybody loves grand tours. When I play I try to keep this format...idk why but I like it
3 leaders: 2 tour riders( one doing giro and tdf the other doing tdf vuelta) and one hilly classic specialist
6 protected: 1 stage racer, 1 hilly specialist, 1 Timetrial specialist, 1 cobbles specialist, 2 climbers
8 luxury: 2 cobbles, 2 hilly, 3 climbers, 1 fighter, 2 tt
8 teammeates: 4 climbers, 2 TT, 2 fighters
2 young riders: I try to scout for the next big tour rider
I hope things gives you a guide on what type of team you want to build. depends on what you like to play for. Any more ideas wanted, leave a message man...good luck with your story

I do want to eventually have a team which will participate in all 3 grand tours.
well for the first year of the team i would have at least one or 2 leaders, 2 fighters, 2 TT, a few climbers, sprinters, northern classic riders and of course some young riders.
I however wanted a story line to play onto 
I.E a 19 yo boy inherited $20 million dollars and stupidly decided to buy a crappy national cycling team and made them into a world team.
each rider has his own story. they're will be blood sweat and tears, scandals and controversy.
so basically i want a movie plot lol.

I kinda had a weird story that I thought up on my way to college today.
A 19yo Kid is playing pcm 2011. this kid likes road cycling and he's is a club rider. one night a powerful lightning strike hits the house and the computer start spazzing out. the screen goes to black then a warm green appears on the screen, the kid touches it and the screen sucks him into the computer.
he becomes a rider in the game, with the same skills that he has in life. Ben gets selected by a unknown USER to form a new australian team. along the way he meets new people who had also been sucked into the game. such and such bla bla bla and that's bout it haha

haha that is a funny idea. how about your dad owned a pro cycling team and raised you as his apprentice and gave you (blank) amount of money to go create your own team, and then you raise them all the way to the world tour and compete with your dad.

Intresting or my dad had made a famous team then hands the team to me, which becomes bankrupt. my dad takes over a new leading team that have just won the TDF. after raising money through (i dont know, a bikini carwash :lol I rebuild the team to it's former glory |

or the owner of a team just completely abandons the team and disappears off the face of the Earth and they auction off the team and you win but you dont have enough money so you have to raise money by winning the sponsor goal races to pay for the team.

Reminds me of the movie Benchwarmers " have 3 older guy who are previous chamions (Armstrong, Contador & Evans) up against a team of U20 kids |

haha and Armstrong ends up being a big bully and doesnt ride the tour and they suck but have fun!haha

How about an all Warsaw Pact team? (Edit: Seriously didn't realize the amount of strong riders from there before looking at the riders you could chose from.)
Potential Leaders:
D. Menchov, A. Vinokourov, R. Kreuziger, A. Klöden, T. Martin, V. Kiryienka, R. Taaramäe, P. Velits, K. Siutsou, P. Niemiec
Best remaining GC riders (now also taking account for age and potential):
P. Sagan, Y. Trofimov, S. Szmyd, Y. Popovych, V. Karpets
Young Riders: (not already mentioned)
M. Kittel, M. Kwiatkowski, A. Vorobyev, J. Degenkolb, E. Silin, T. Kritskiy, M. Plarre, R. Navardauskas (probably needs stat/potential boost), P. Gretsch, T. Kangert
Plenty of choices to build a very very solid team with, or really of any caliber you want. Just to put out there what regions I considered for this team (so no one else has to go digging).
Berlin, Belarus, Brandenburg, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mecklenburg-Vorpommen, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Slovakia, Thuringen, Ukraine, Uzbekistan.
I'm mixed on if Berlin should count, technically USSR only controlled about 1/4 of the city, but the city itself was behind the Iron Curtain which I think is my objective for this scenario.
Edit: Team could even be communist, using editor all riders could make the same amount of money.

That's a funny idea.
However, it will be difficult to incorporate the bribes and/or threats from the communist leaders, that is needed to get anything done in a communist controlled society |

How about you your dad is a pro cycling team owner, that has won the tour 3 years running. Then he dies and the teams collapses, to be taken over by your dads right hand man, his right hand man turns out to be a very very bad man and tries to steal money from the teams funds, you then when you turn 21 you inherit your dads money and the team and decide to make a new era, the 'era' of Bens Pro Cycling team. You have 21$ billion to throw around and you decide to make the ultimate team, the best riders, the best trainers, the best everything. You offer your dads right hand man a job as a bike washer.
(if you get what i did there, i stole a bit from ironman.) |

we already had a idea similar to that rorzcp. good to see some creativing.
i also thought about filming some cut scenes i.e hiring a rider, team car radio talk etc etc haha |
