I am developing a new feature for my season planner tool: Sponsor scenarios
At the start of each season my tool allows you to select a scenario for your sponsor. These include, prolongation of contract, increase of budget, decrease of budget, search for secondary sponsor, ...
My aim is to have many different scenarios. There are different kinds of scenarios: General scenarios which apply to all teams, or specific scenarios for either division or even for a single team.
Everybody can create scenarios and upload them, so that others can use them.
The next step would be to have conditional scenarios. For example, BMC gives you more money to buy Gilbert, you are not allowed to spent the money for other riders if you cannot get him. Or, Leopard-Treck gives you more money to win the TdF in 2012. If you fail again, they will reduce their budget drastically.
But these are only ideas for now.
I attached a trial version, feel free to test it.
Also you are welcome to make suggestions.

Sounds brilliant.
Once again it seems that you can add another thing that makes it more a manager game.
Will test it as soon as I start my first PCM11 career. |

I uploaded a new version.
I modified it a bit and I added more scenarios. Also I updated the Instructions.
How does it work? Did somebody already test it? |

I'm pretty new to the add-ons for cycling manager. I gave your tool a quick test and setup my races from start of season to Giro and it seems to work fine. Not sure on the sponsor scenarios, haven't tested that at all. But the tool to align your riders for the races is very nice. A wishlist item would be to group riders into teams, and then send a team to do a race. Would require less clicking |

You can group your riders into teams. Read the instructions on the start page. The instructions are in german as well. |

Thanks, I found the group cyclist tag in the my team tab. That's a great overview to relate a riders races and his fitness! Thanks a lot for providing this very useful tool, much appreciated! |

Well, not many have been trying out your tool it seems, although it seems a very interesting one, especially for people who want to start with a custom team with a lot of youngsters and as thus won't be riding any world tour races... As that is what I'm planning to do, i'll give it a whirl.
I'm also looking at a way to adjust the money we get from the sponsor (as they only calculate for the cyclists wages but not for the staff wages which puts you in the red quickly). Is that possible with your tool too (@ start of the season). Another interesting option would be the possibility to add a second sponsor with the editor, because when starting a custom team (f.e. ABInbev and TomTom as I like that shirt alot) you only get 1 sponsor but no subsponsor. Is that possible with your tool? |

There are several scenarios for the different game situations, including the ones you mentioned. |

I had a look at your scenarios and they are interesting.
They do not include a way though to get a secondary sponsor right away (as in the beginning of a career like you would have with f.e. Euskaltel - Euskadi or Saxo - Sungard)... I would like to split up my single sponsor (ABInbev-TomTom) into 2 sponsors (ABInbev and TomTom). I've noticed I might be able to do it in your Lachi Editor though, but I'm not confident enough yet to start fiddling there
Oh, btw, KUTGW |

Of course you cannot split your sponsors, that would be a weird scenario.
And you would not get any additional money but additional trouble.

The season planning tool can only be used additionally to the game.
The tool requires an existing save game file of your career (which has been created by the game).
The tool works the same with any file (it does not matter when you started the career or at which day you are in the career). |

Sounds like a great idea, more like pcm10 with certain goals, but more detailed.
Would these replace the normal goals?
I will give a try out soon

There has not been any feedback regarding the functionality of the test scenarios, so I did not go into it any deeper.
At the moment, the scenarios apply immediately. No goals or other stuff. |

I think it is rather a technical issue.
The minimum screen resolution to see this button is 1024x768.
If you cannot use this or a similar resolution, then you can use the tabulator to move to the button, see the attached image to find out how often you have to push that key to jump to the button.
If your screen is to small, what is your resolution? I will have to fix it in the next release.

My resolution was 1366x768
I tried every resolution and it doesn't work
What is the tabulator? |
