1.0.4.4 is causing some trouble for me :/
I can't seem to set the "PCMFreaks Realname DB 2011" as default.
I can see it and change it inside the game, but it doesn't remain the default dabase (when i select Options again to check it)
Also, for some reason, while the names of teams and individuals seem to be correct (e.g. Leopard, not Guepard etc.), the team shirts, logos etc. seem to have changed back to the original (wong) ones.
Does anyone else have these problems? ...and maybe a solution to it? (I'm pretty new at this )
EDIT:
I noticed this when starting a new career (in case that matters)

Look at the features the location of the DB changed
=> Custom databases are now to be found in "\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2011\Database" instead of "\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2011\Users\xxxxxx\Database"

Yes, I saw that, so I copied the "PCMFreaks_Realname_DB.cdb" into "\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2011\Database" before trying to start the new career (strangely, there's no "Default" database there)
Also, I can see that the updated shirts, logos etc. are still there.
E.g. the Leopard Trek shirt look correct in "...\3D\Cyclists\Cloth\Team\leo", but inside the game, that team (while being correctly named Leopard Trek), now again have that strange default black and yellow "Guepard" shirt/logo that it had before I tried out the PCMFreaks database. |

To BouBBox: You shall use the PCMdailyExpansionPackV051.cdb. |

This is all screwy
I installed PCM1 onto my D:\ drive, so I have part of the game on D:\ and part on C:\user\xxx\documents\...
I've copied the PCMFreaks databse into the "...\database\" directory on both drives, and used the DB editor (in-game) to check ALL database files on both drives.
In ALL databases it seems as if the shirts are back to the original wrong ones - also in the databases where the teamnames etc. have been corrected
I suppose I could try de-installing the entire game, re-installing it on the C:\ drive and try adding a new custom database :/ |

No, the patch overwrites the jerseys
So what you have to do is install the DB package AFTER the last patch.
Install game
Install patch 1.0.4.4
Install DB package (PCM Daily or PCM freaks or whatever you want) |

And also the officialrelease.cdb which also might be one of your problems, so yeah do as ruben said.

Ah, lovely. That worked...thanks Ruben
(It still doesn't seem to save thecustom database as the "default", but at at least it now uses the correct one when I start the career ) |

The fix list is on the home page of PCM Daily. Do you ever check that section ?
It fixes one of the most important career bugs... the one that AI doesn't sign scouted riders. |
