Best features for 2011

Hi guys,
Been absent for way too long, but its tour time and the inner cycling manager in me has returned.
So, my question is what are the best features over last years game. I rebuilt my system and cant even find my iso's from last year so either way i gotta buy a game. Might as well get the new one hey.

The main change is the gameplay.
Riders are now solid (can't go through each other) which means that you have to be careful with your riders' positioning in the peloton.
In general, the gameplay is more fun. Attacks are more unpredictable, cobbles and hilly stages are more realistic etc.
There's a few other new things - e.g., sponsors can now withdraw, meaning that you have to negotiate with new potential sponsors. |

My favorite feature is the sponsor changes. It's going to be even more awesome when the PCM DB comes out with over 200 real sponsors  . |

I really like the improved gameplay, that's what's making it much better than my previous PCM (08).
The sponsor change feature would have been very, very good if they made the 3-letter abbrevation change with the sponsor, but.. guess you can't have everything. |

yeah... well what sucks worse is i spent a whole day on the 1 file... it was corrupted so i downloaded flashGet aand downloaded all 4 individually.. but i let it go overnight..

buy game online in cd form mate. the 4gb was too big for my net usage so i screened ebay and picked up the game for $25. well worth it!

yeah fair enough mate. i paid $27 all up incl postage so a great deal. i hear ya - i would have downloaded the game from here if my internet allowed 4gb. i only get 2gb p/month and i go nowhere near that limit

I bought the game a couple of days ago from this site and the download was just fine - took less than 30 m. Just make sure you install the downloader first -or use one you already have. And as binga58 said, you are also supporting this site, which gives us every year amazing expansions for free! |

unfortunately runners will be locked during the climbs
i have never seen in real race,a mountain climber who lost a stage because it is blocked by about 10 cyclists before him...
you have to start any climb at the head of the group or you will be locked
you cant run as sastre for exemple sastre always run in the last position of the first group (same than bettini too)

I was wondering, if the main sponsors can withdraw and you can negotiate with different ones, what happens to the team name, shirt and logos when that happens?? |
