I have been watching the Tour de France and i have heard that they changed the points system. I believe they said that they changed how much the intermediate sprint points are worth.
Any ways my question is: Is there a way to change the amount of points awarded to intermediate sprints????

In the classification folder there are several configurations for the different race types. |

Did you see the files? These are xml files which can be edited with a common text editor. |

Dude, the download link is his signature, it has nothing to do with your question. Go the the Classification folder in your PCM game folder, and open the files with notepad |

Dude, Okay i downloaded link in his signature, I opened with notepad. When i open it i get something that looks like a foreign language. What i am guessing what you meant and that is. Go to the classification folder and put that file in there PCM game folder and the open it with notepad |

1. You do not need to download anything.
2. You do not need my editors to change the classification
3. To edit the points you only need to open the file "top_france_grandtour.xml" with a normal text editor.
The file "top_france_grandtour.xml" is in the folder called "Classification".
If you do not need to find this file, then use the search functions of the explorer.

Okay yes i see the file and it comes up with alot of rank_bonus rank=1 bonus=20. So i am guessing this will change all of the stages right???? And what which do i need to look for to change?? |

You need to find the sections for the intermediate sprints. Then change the bonus values and maybe add new items or remove unneeded items. If you do not understand XML syntax then learn it from the internet.
Maybe you could use the file from PCM11 (I attached it) but make a backup of the original file before you replace it.

The top_france_grandtour_1.rar yes i seen it. But i cannot find the intermediate sprint. And this is my first time looking into this stuff so try to cut me a little slack |

You should replace the file on your computer with my file. But make a backup of your file in case my file does not work.
Reason: My file is from PCM11 and therefore should have to correct intermediate sprints, so you do not need to edit anything.
But I will not be able to help you any further. |

Okay i was not sure if you wanted me to put that file in my game file or not. Now with your file this will be for all stages and not just the top_frane_grandtour (which i believe is the TDF). What is the points awarded in your file?
