What about converting the variant you've already made? |

Unfortunately I created both my Giro and my Vuelta on my old computer. The .zcts files somehow disappeared when I changed to my new one, which means that I am now unable to convert the stages. Sorry.

Stage 1 - Armentières [ITT]
The Tour starts with a short prologue in the city of Armentières, which is located in the north of France, just by the border to Belgium. The route goes out of Armentières, and actually over the border to Belgium, before turning back towards Armentières and finishing inside the city. There will probably not be any massive differences in terms of time because of the short distance, but the good timetriallists will get a small advantage over their rivals.

Stage 2: La Chapelle d'Armentières - Arras
After the prologue in Armentières, the riders will be starting just south of it, in La Chapelle d'Armentières. From there, they will be heading south, towards the finish line in Arras. The stage is completely flat, so it will definitely end in a mass sprint. However, the wind might cause some problems for the riders. In general, an easy stage for the riders.

Stage 3: Lambrez-les-Douai - Landrecies
Another flat, easy stage for the Tour riders. This one is a little bit harder than the second stage, though. Three 4th category climbs has to be climbed on this stage, but they shouldn't provide any big problems for the sprinters, as they are located in the middle of the stage. The stage will no doubt end up in a mass sprint.

Thanks! I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was Haedo who finished second.

Stage 4: Cartignies - Mûr-de-Verdun
Stage 4 is no doubt the hardest one so far in this Tour. Most of the stage is really easy, though. The hard part starts with 15 kilometres to go, when the riders start climbing up to the 3rd category Côte de Froideterre. When they've reached the top of that climb, they have a short descent down to the city of Verdun, where they start a second 3rd category climb up to Mûr-de-Verdun, just outside the city. The final climb isn't very steep, but it's definitely hard enough to create some gaps if the favourites goes for it.

Stage 5: Verdun [TTT]
The Tour continues with a long team timetrial around yesterday's finishing town of Verdun. The teams will be starting inside the city, before taking on a course around it and going back into it where the finish line is. The length of it might cause some problems for the GC riders with weak teams, since the time gaps gets quite big in 56 kilometres.

Stage 6: Thionville - Remiremont
Stage 6 is another one for the sprinters, since it's mostly flat. However, there is one good reason for riders to go into a breakaway - there is lots of KoM points to pick up during the stage. The final kilometer is a bit tricky too, since it's slightly uphill and very technical. The stage will most likely be won by a sprinter like Rojas and Hushovd, who likes this kind of uphill finishes.

Stage 7: Vesoul - Vevey
We've moved a little south from stage 6's finish in Remiremont, to start this stage in the city of Vesoul. From there, we will be heading south-east, and into Switzerland. The finish line is in Vevey, just north of Lac Léman. The stage is the most mountainous so far, with no less than nine KoM sprints on the route. The stage will probably end in another mass sprint though, since the climbing is on the first half of the stage with the most difficult ones being of category 3. The second half of the stage gives the sprinters time to recover before the final sprint to the line.

Thank you!
Your smell was right! The next stage is the first mountain stage, and also the first top finish!

Thanks!
I'm working on the next stage, but it will probably take some more time than the earlier ones, since it takes a long time to adjust the slopes and fix the mountains.
