Here they are, the files that are vital to the transfer period. Keep them up to date throughout, but make sure you dont mess around with the file, as if you 'break' the formulas it could have costly effects, just ask levi4life!
For PT Teams: https://www.mediafire.com/?v7f45fqp027...fqp027qs5i
For CT Teams: https://www.mediafire.com/?gfoimc5x6uq...c5x6uqdyqg
In cell J1, you need to write the Budget that I PMed to you when you received your Renewals.
In the team section on the far left, you need to put in the team that you renewed, and their wages.
The following is copied from last year:
These transfer sheets are very important - you need to use them to keep track of your transfer dealings. Not only will you need to send your completed files to me once the transfers end, but it should also be used to keep track of your transfers, to make sure that you are staying within both your budget and salary cap.
If at any time during the transfers I am concerned by your actions - I will ask for your transfer sheet - and there will be consequences if you dont then show me it, or if it is inaccurate.
The sheet is split into 4 sections: Team, Riders In, Riders Out and Loans.
Team
This is where your team itself will go, and should include all of your riders with their correct wages. As well as riders you own, this table needs to include riders you are loaning in, or loaning out - with the wage being displayed being the amount of the rider's wage you will be paying this season.
Riders In
Any riders you sign need to be displayed here, aswell as in the Team section. The Transfer Fee is how much you have paid the other team to buy the rider, and for the signing of free agents can be left blank.
Riders Out
Any riders you sell or sack need to go here. The Transfer Fee is how much money you received for the rider, and if you sack a rider then the fine goes here. (e.g. if the rider you sacked has a wage of 60,000, put the value of -60,000 in the Transfer Fee column here)
Loans
Any riders you are loaning in or out need to be displayed here, aswell as in the Teams section. In the Wage column put the full wage of the rider, regardless of who is paying that wage this season. In transfer fee, if you are spending money to loan in/out this rider put this value as a positive number here. But if you are receiving money to loan in/out this rider then you should put this amount as a negative value. You also need to include in this season the team your rider is loaned to, or the team you have loaned a rider from.

I doubt that. First all managers should have had a chance to read the new rules...

So we do have to put Free Agents into 'Riders in' with a Transfer Fee of 0, right?!

Thanks, SN!
Another question: Your worte "In cell J1, you need to write the Budget that I PMed to you when you received your Renewals." I do have to put the Budget in there, that you PMed me (without doing any renewals as new team)?! The PM was called 'ManGame-Budget'.

For 38 teams they got their budget when sent their renewals, but yes, for you and the other new teams, the PM was called ManGame-Budget. The amount I told you then goes in J1

The money saved from last season is included in your 2012 season's budget. You do not get ALL of the money carried on. Always good to use it all each year.

I'm pretty sure I'm doing that Well almost that is. It was just to doublecheck my last season, if it wasn't carried on.

Pretty sure this has been asked elsewhere, but I can't seem to find the answer...
If we are doing multi-rider transfers for cash, how do we put that in our sheet? Half the cash on each of the two riders or the lump sum of the cash in one rider's column?

Yeah I do it the way I find the easiest to find out myself. I reckon that if I understand it myself, theres a better chance others will aswell. And if they don't I can atleast tell them what is what

Same question as viking90:
I want to put "outgoing" into 'Loan' (in team section), but it's not working.. there's only one valid entry (Incoming). I'm not able to pu 'outgoing' Or did I miss something? Any help would be appreciated
