How do you edit a save game so i dont get fired

Right, so ive made my third career make it around September the 1st, and like the sucky career player i am, the sponsors arent going renew my contract. Heck, this time i was third in the Pro Tour (with CSC, and without winning the Giro and Le Tour, but still). Even so, my sponsor confidence was poor. But i outsmarted the game and made a backup on the 30th of August 
So, ive been dabbling with the Kicker, and this have left me with two questions, and tons of hex.
1) How do i boost my sponsor confidence, im no good at all the hex code its making me read.
2) In another career, my team have already found a replacement for me. How do i make that replacement me?

Hex code? You're not supposed to edit the hex code. Export the tables to the access database, and go to your PCM Kicker-folder, find Data and open the Access-file. You should be able to find a table concerning sponsor confidence. I don't remember the exact name of the table you need to edt.
Secondly ... well, I know it's possible with PCM Kicker, but I don't know how. I know there's a trick using the multiplayer function of PCM, but again, I'm not entirely sure of the details.
As far as I remember, you need to move your save game to the Multi-folder in My Documents. Then open the game, go to the multiplayer-mode and load the game. Now you should be able to choose a team. Go to the next day and move the save game back to the Solo-folder.

Well, i remember i once had a proper file with proper things i knew how to edit.
Now i got this (from the DYN_Manager file):

But you haven't opened the correct file. As said, you need to open the Access file with Microsoft Access. Otherwise, use Hannes Converter. That would be more suitable for you. |

And for Hannes Converter, i cant remember why im not using that.
Correction: Now i do remember it, got an english translation?
Third correction: It wont open me database, does it want them packed or unpacked?

Its the .mdb-file, yes.
No English translation for Hannes Converter, but you should be able to work with it anyway. |

It crashses when i try to load the .CDB, both compressed and not.

Hey, just gave it another look and i actually made it work. By playing past December 31st in multiplayer, you can avoid triggering the piece of code which activates the sacking.
Now, that made another kinda problem. When i slapped it back over it single player mode, it wasnt assigned to any team whatsoever.
So i tried to start a new game using the DB that was generated by playing into 2008 in MP. That didnt work either, because it keeps loading up on 31st of December.
So, ive winded up asking PCM.daily once again with the million dollar question: Can anyone force the game into 1st of January 2008 and still keep me on Team CSC?

the latest progress is i broke it and am downloading it again
tomorrow i am not doing anything all day so will have lots of time to try and fix it, i'm just trying to edit the sponsor goals to say you've completed them, and won the ProTour etc.
