After plenty of deliberation, debate and discussion - a decision has been made. (And not just to end the alliteration of ds!). Its not been easy to decide - as there is a limit as to how many teams we can have, but we have eventually managed to select the following managers to receive a brand new Continental team.

Congratulations! Now the real fun can begin, with the first couple of steps:
- Thinking up a team name, and sponsors and finding a jersey. It may be a fresh idea that requires you to make a jersey request, or you may want to search the extensive amount of Fantasy jerseys that have been posted either here, or at another PCM site, such as the Cyanide one, find a jersey you like, and take those sponsors for your team. Once you have a jersey, please then submit it to the Shirts database, in the 2012 Management Game section.
- Make a thread in the Teams HQ forum to introduce your team, it's sponsors, and the jersey - when posting, you may want to include some extra reserved posts, which can be filled at a later date with your rider lists from the transfers, and result documentation from races in the 2012 season.
Now to those who have not made it, do not despair, you do not have to wait another year for another chance - more like a month! Partly inspired by the amount of good applications, once the main transfer season is over, a 2nd Continental Division will be launched. This will allow you to become part of the game, and learn how it works - but more will be revealed then, I imagine in roughly a month, or a month and a halfs time. So stick around, watch and learn as the main off-season progresses - and you'll very soon have a chance to join in aswell.

On Sunday you said you would reveal the new managers "soonish". It was hard waiting that long, I thought you meant soonish as in a few hours from now.

I saw this thread, and my heart sank when I saw it, since I expected it just to be confirmation that I hadn't got in. Seeing my name on there's made me happier than it perhaps should have.
Massive thanks for selecting me though!
I'll be introducing the team soon enough

Haha, I still can't believe what I see. My name on a list. Hell yeah! . There is no better motivation boost than this. This news will enormously help me survive the boredom on lessons at school

It will be interesting to see a Polish team in the game, particularly with the best Polish rider (Niemiec) available as a free agent!

Thanks! I just needed some "encouragement".
@jack888- I already get up 60 minutes before my school in the morning, I usually "zone out" during my shower so I end up rushing the rest of the morning. But I live a 3 minute walk away from school so I can easily come home for lunch break.
