In full
Spoiler Pre-Game Team Changes
Training Camp 1 - Omloop Het Nieuwsblad
Each directeur can make unlimited changes to their squad of 12 riders prior to the entry deadline for Training Camp 1, which is set at 11:00 CET (Central European Time) on Saturday 26th February 2011. Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes.
Training Camp 2 - Montepaschi Strade Bianche
Roster changes will be locked for a short time from the start of Omloop Het Nieuwsblad on Saturday 26th Febraury before being reopened to allow changes ahead of the second Training Camp event of the season, Montepaschi Strade Bianche.
Each directeur can make unlimited changes to their squad of 12 riders prior to the entry deadline for Training Camp 2, which is set at 10:00 CET (Central European Time) on Saturday 5th March 2011. Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes.
Main Fantasy Classics Season
Training Team rosters are cleared ahead of the entry period opening for the main Fantasy Classics game.
Each directeur can select, and then make unlimited changes to, their squad of 12 riders prior to the entry deadline for the first official race of the season, Milano - Sanremo. The entry deadline for Milano - Sanremo is set at 09:00 CET (Central European Time) on Saturday 19th March 2011. Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes until the next Team Changes Interval.
In-Game Team Changes
Velogames Fantasy Classics allows directeurs to change their roster of 12 riders at each Team Changes Interval. This allows direceurs to select a team most suitable for the upcoming races and prevents the potential problem where a direceteur may find himself with a squad of riders who are not competing in a particular event.
In addition to a Team Changes Interval in between the first and second Training Camp camp events, the main game allows for another set of changes for Standard teams and three sets of changes for Premium teams.
Standard Teams - One Team Changes Interval ahead of Amstel Gold Race
The main Team Changes Interval will open after the scoring update following Paris - Roubaix on Sunday 10th April, and run until the deadline for changes ahead of Amstel Gold Race. The Team Changes Interval deadline for Amstel Gold Race is set at 09:30 CET on Sunday 17th April 2011.
Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes until the end of the game (for Standard teams) or the next Team Changes Interval (for Premium teams).
Premium - Two Additional Team Changes Intervals
As part of the Premium team package, directeurs will be able to change their teams an additional two times during the main Fantasy Classics spring series. These additional Team Changes Intervals are in addition to the Team Changes Interval ahead of Amstel Gold Race, which is available for both Standard and Premium teams.
The first Premium Team Changes Interval will open after Gent - Wevelgem on Sunday 27th March and remain open until the entry deadline for the Ronde Van Vlaanderen, which is set at 09:30 CET (Central European Time) on Sunday 3rd April. Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes until the next Team Changes Interval.
The main Team Changes Interval will open after Paris - Roubaix on Sunday 10th April and remain open until the deadline for changes ahead of Amstel Gold Race. The Team Changes Interval deadline for Amstel Gold Race is set at 09:30 CET on Sunday 17th April 2011.
Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes until the end of the game (for Standard teams) or the next Team Changes Interval (for Premium teams).
The second Premium Team Changes Interval will open after La Fleche Wallone on Wednesday 20th April and remain open until the entry deadline for Liege - Bastogne - Liege, which is set at 09:30 CET (Central European Time) on Sunday 24th April. Once the deadline has passed, the 12 riders set for each team at the deadline will be used for scoring purposes until the end of the game.

I actually had Langeveld in my first team choice.
And Flecha.
Then for some reason I decided to change my team
Oh well, onwards and upwards I suppose

You can now change your team for the Strade Bianche.
This is training camp two, another stand alone race (i.e. points don't count towards the main thing).
Still time to sign up and join our league, NOTE that the first two races points don't go to the main thing, so you won't be disadvantaged in signing up now.

And don't forget, when you do change your team, you need to re-enter into our mini-league.

Well a good effort both times, didn't quite predict things right - had Ballan and Cunego, should really of had the winner in there as well.
The real start though will be cool - anyone prepared to gamble on a team without both Boonan and Cancellara?
Does roturns two second places make him like an overall training camp winner or a two time loser

Something in between I think
Alakagon might be the PCM Daily training camp winner as he has most points in addition.
Hope I can continue like this in the big races. |
