The Olympia Tour may have finished but the sprinting in Holland keeps on coming...
This HC classic is perhaps not completely pan flat, there is multiple climbs of the Grebbenburg. It is hardly brutal 1km in total and averaging a pretty paltry 4%, but it is hard enough to entice some attacks out of the peleton.
Unsurprisingly being one of two HC flat classics this has got the creme de le creme of sprinters here (some others are in Picardie).

Just look at the first name on the list of several teams and you will see a very fine sprinter indeed. Van Heerden, Goss, Mohs, Davis, Swift, Vantomme, Napolitano, Ciolek, Vaitkus, Crocket, Haedo, Guareni ....
There can only be one winner. Some teams have taken a gamble on trying to break the sprinters - Wiggle and Benfica for example.
Race report shall be with you tomorrow evening. |

Woohoo!!! 1st race in what seems like months!!
Hopefully Davis can do something here but seeing as he hasn't done anything since my very 1st race I'm not holding my breath. |

Pls, let Goss sprint instead of Kocjan, Gajek or Nazon. I should get a decent lead-out by one of them though.

Oh... As I expected strong field here. All what I need here is a top 5 result. So I hope Thor will be well placed in the right train.

This was one race that I kinda had to take as it wasn't a cobbled race, and I still had race days to use in chosing my race calender. I expect nothing here, but if Hermans gets me any points, well, won't complain at that.

If I win, I will call all of your riders for bigger failures than Greipel! Unless the winner is Voeckler...

No worries, Goss. It's absolutely okay to sprint when you feel like it.
Edit: Kocjan, Bagdonas and Kuchinski did put up a nice performance, but 10 points is just under performing way to much.
Smows, did Goss even sprint again?

Incidently Christer you will notice in the startlist your team numbers have a gap between them and the next team. The Gap is for the CONTROL team that were rated above your team! |

Not at all surprised by Allan Davis' pathetic attempt at sprinting, but very pleasantly surprised by the performance of that bloke who's name I can't spell who won it for me |

Why do you think I would call all the other team for failures?

I'm really happy - 4th place of Szczawinski is a big surprise for me, great result for him. Thor had a bad day once again today, but what is more important in this moment - I make up the goal here - top 5 place.
