So, shall we continue then?
This one should see the old favourite return, wind.

Fun fact of the day: Brussels is the most frequently visited international city on the Tour
Fun fact 2: We pass through Eddy Merckx's home town of Mese
And expect to see the Brussels monuments dressed up in suitable attire. The atomnium will have the french flag, and the Mannekin Piss will have a maillot jaune.

I hope anyone but Cav wins (just because then its too predictable) but I wouldn't mind Arashiro or Rojas winning.

Cavendish will win

Definitely a stage for Arashiro
Given how fresh everyone is, I'll expect a very chaotic stage with the winds (hopefully), but I expect HTC will be strong enough to get Cavendish in the front group.

Why? The last "hill" is merely a speed bumb. None of the sprinter will be even effected by it |

Voeckler will win it. In front of Arashiro. Cavendish will get sad and abandon.

Not beacause of the profile, but more of the fact that he seems to be in shape, and also the fact that it´s kind of ´homerace´ (because of rabobank)
so guys like Freire and Roelandts will sprint 10% harder

The way you said it implicated that you meant that the profile suited him better than his opponents |

The inevitable crosswinds could cause chaos today. This could become a nightmare stage for one of the overall contenders. Denis Menchov anyone?
I'm setting off to France now and will arrive in Cambrai later this evening to await the arrival of the Stage 4 finish there. A few stages in North West France and then to the Pyrenees. Can't wait! What a holiday
EDIT: rather stage 4 begins in Cambrai. Stupid me

But it's not a home race. The tour will have left the Netherlands by this stage's mid point.
