Save as 32 bit .tga, then open DYN_cyclist and write down the name of the file in gene_sz_tga_skin.
So if you call the file boassonhagen.tga, you scroll down to Boasson Hagen in the full editor, find gene_sz_tga_skin and write boassonhagen in the empty column.
I always do it with two layers. The bottom one (picture) is exactly under the upper one (standard). You can make the upper one transparent too compare it. Than you delete the upper face area. You can change the skin colour a bit. Then connect both layers and there is a tool to mix the cut area.
I just put the 32bit .tga into CM_Textures/cycliste/skin and changed the name in the converter. Ingame I changed to "one texture per rider", but there were no new faces. It`s the same standard face as everybody.
What do I have to take care of? Last time I did it was 2008 ;D

Have you rembered to add "_visage" in the filename? I forgot to mention that in my last post. If you add Vino's face, remember to call the file "Vinokourov_visage".
