Chinese air is positively toxic and thicker than cream anyway.

I've been to Athens. I can't imagine it being worse.

Well that makes that redundant. Anyways, what does clenbuterol actually do isso?

Improves breathing and thus oxygenation.
Is also used by asthma patients. Petacchi and a few other italians have been convicted of using truckloads of it. It's easy to get a TUE and use it to dope "legally".
Hence my volcano ash comment.

A wikipedia serach and reading the first two lines of the article made it clear to me that it is an asthma medicine that makes breathing easier. Took about 30 seconds

A positive in a Bruyneel team?
Shame it was Li who tested positive. It could have been another. Specially someone more Texan than Li.

I wonder why did he use clenbuterol without having a TUE, anyways. The detection is quite easy, because it can be detected for about 30 hours after the doping. And to get an asthma related TUE is piece of cake nowadays.

Atleast if the cake is made out of "Benjamin Franklins"

It's unlikely he used it to reduce his weight. The dosage is quite high and frequent (about once every 3 days, minimum), so he would be caught after any doping control. But well, people are stupid, so perhaps.
