But now it is time to choose the riders for the race - and how to do so is simple.
As a manager, you nominate the riders from your teams who you want to ride in the World Championships - either the RR, TT, or TTT. You may aswell nominate all your riders possible, but you dont have to. Note: Anybody can nominate a free agent.
You can also become a selector for a country. If you have a rider from a country, you can become a selecor for that country, and you can be a selector for multiple countries. The selectors for a country will each pick a team for the races, and those teams will be combined to make the most popular options the ones that go. (There will hopefully be more than 1 selector per country)
