any my first own suggestion is:

I will use PCMdaily DB of course! That´s the first and most important condition!! If I will be able to install all correctly, next steps can follow. Team choice seems to be clear. Astana with PCM monster Alberto Contador is easy choice. I have always dreamed about winning Le Tour and El Pistolero is the right man to fulfil my dream. Lance will be his major domestique, you know best friends could help each other. I have decided for easy difficulty level as I´m new in PCM09 and there are lot of changes against older versions! Training camps will be allowed, certainty is certainty, you know.

Next targets will be small continental stage races including stages with mountain finish - e.g. Tour of Slovenie. Imagine how I can totally destroy all opponents with line-up like Alberto, Lance, Levi, Andreas Kloden, Popovych or Zubeldia in mountain finish. Lovely imagination, isn´t it?

I think it´s enough for now. Cheers!

extreme? EXTREME????

But i hope you will play on extreme. It would be interesting to play on extreme with training camps. I mean you would make a limit to how many camp days each rider gets in a season and when it gets too easy you make the limit smaller.

Thanks, Bosskardo. I haven´t spoken seriously up to now, but this seems to be interesting idea...what do you think guys?

I don't think Astana is the best team to chose. I'd rather follow the story about Euskaltel-Euskadi or Ag2R. If you will win the Tour with Conta - that will be boring as it is in real life. But if you'll win it with someone who are not the hot favorit, say Samu or Efimkin Smile - it's mucj more complicated and that's why it is indeed much more interesting

you are absolutely right Smile

If I start, I´m pretty sure I will use 2009DB and seeing some posibilities atm:

1) Quick-step (can´t make dot Grin) - main tasks are Spring classics (Boonen, Devolder), maybe some smaller tours (Chavanel, Barredo)

2) Xacobeo-Galicia - Vuelta a Espana with Mosquera and small races with Castano, Herrero or Cesar Veloso

3) Acqua-Sapone - Giro d´Italia with Garzelli and some classics with Paolini

what about PSk whirlpool-author you got no chance in the grand tours.
But it's a perfect team to discover the smaller races

I will throw Cervelo test team in there. You have classic riders and sastre for grand tour and gomez marchante for romandie and catalunya. Also do the 2010 database as everyone else is doing 2009 database in stories so will be different to everyone elses them you have armstrong vs contador vs schleck Pfft

Nice dude. I think you should go for Xacobeo, with Mosquera, as I kinda like that rider

I_Mayo
maybe Serramenti, Simoni's last Giro, GTrentino too, Scarponi for classics, and of course Serpa for some Malaisian or other exotic races? Grin

Pinotti375
What about Vacansoleil? You have Hoogerland, Bozic and Leukemans.
