Welcome to our team presentation.
Team RadioShack
Our team
Our Leaders
Lance Armstrong:
Our undisputed leader. His goal this year will be to win Le Tour again. This is also one of our sponsor goals. Altough he isn't as young anymore as some other riders he is still in great shape.
Levi Leipheimer:
Winning the Tour of California 3 times, winning Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré, winning stages in the Tour and Vuelta and multiple top 10 spots in Grand Tours. But when will he finnaly win his first Grand Tour? Maybe this year, as he will be the leader in La Vuelta. Besides that he will also ride Tour of California and aim for a win in Paris-Nice.
Andreas Klöden:
He will be aiming at the smaller stage races like the Pais Vasco, but will also help Armstrong win Le Tour.
Gert Steegmans:
Our leader for the cobbled races, altough he might not be good enough for Paris-Roubaix we still hope he can get a good result in races like Gent-Wevelgem. And who knows, maybe he can do something in Milan-San Remo. Because we are going to Le Tour with our top team for the GC Steegmans will ride the Giro and try to get some good results there.
Goals and sponsors
This was it for our team presentation, hope you liked it!

2 Grand Tours, and 4 tough stage races.
Good luck.. You'll definitely need it

Stage 1:
The end of todays breakaway. The Vacansoleil rider is going to try it alone.
But no luck, he gets caught with 10 km to go by a very thinned out peleton.
But that doesn't stop Ben Hermans from launching an attack!
Behind Hermans, Impey takes the wheel of Koldo Fernandez, who currently has the fastest train.
But the train loses some ground in the last line to the sprint, and most of the favorites for the stage are on equal heights.
When the sprint starts Hermans is still infront!
But when O'grady launches himself it doesn't takes long before Hermans is caught, still a great effort by him tough.
In the last line to the finish O'Grady is still infront, but what a suprise, Impey is getting very close.
But O'Grady manages to hold off the others, superb form when we are still so early in the season. Impey takes second place!!!

Stage 2:
Todays break.
Three riders who missed todays break, they have to chase all day, but they didn't make it.
When the three get caught Lars Boom launches an attack uphill, he gets a good gap and manages to get to the leading group.
Strange move here! Leif Hoste and Manuel Quinziato tried to follow Boom but failed.
Just before the last downhill is about to start Boom gets caught. He was the last one infront.
Lastras leads Gutierrez down the last hill and their speed is just incredible, they get a gap of around 20 seconds.
On the uphill to the finish, L.L Sanchez manages to get to Gutierrez's wheel. Also Bertagnolli and Impey are trying to get to the Caisse rider.
It took to much energy out of Sanchez to sprint for victory, but Bertagnolli and Impey still have some energy left. But Boonen managed to get on Impey's wheel.
Lastras has done all he can and stops sprinting, but he lead out Gutierrez perfectly. Will someone still hold him off the victory?
The answer is no, Gutierrez was just to strong and he gets a timegap of 9 seconds, but who will get second and thirth place?
Bertagnolli becomes second and Impey just manages to out-edge Lastras and Boonen. Another good result from Impey!
Forgot to export, sorry. But there were time gaps from -9 seconds to -46 seconds within the peleton.

Stage 3:
Todays breakaway, with Rubiera.
Same story as always, breaks get caught by the peleton.
But on the last hill of the day Nuyens attacks.
Scheirlinckx follows, but this is a suprise. Gutierrez and Boonen counter attack! What are they thinking?
I guess they are feeling invincible, because they soon leave Nuyens and Scheirlinckx behind! Boonen has a big chance of winning now, but will they gain time on other favorites?
In the meanwhile, back in the peleton, the sprint preperations have started. Hermans is leading the train. Let's hope Impey gets out well, because he is being followed by O'Grady.
Back in the front, Gutierrez wins his second straight stage! But where is Boonen? Did he crack in the last km?
Apperently he did, because even Impey, O'Grady passed him. Impey will become second again, nice result, but who will become third?
Impey remains second and O'grady thirth. But Boonen even lost more speed and only finished fifth behind Flecha.
Stage Results:

Stage 4:
The usual breakaway.
Knaven and Roelandts are the last ones to get caught by the peleton.
There isn't a train that stands out in the sprint preparation.
A man vs man sprint, now we will see who is in great shape.
And it's O'Grady, not a big suprise seeing he really wants to win the TDU. Freire second, Boonen thirth, and once again a great sprint by Impey, taking 5th place.

Stage 5:
Today's break, but they only had a maximum lead of about 4 minutes.
On the last hill of the day, De La Fuente, Scheirlinckx and Flecha launch an attack and the trio easily gets to the breakaway, even before the top.
Then it's starting to get more serious when Chavanel and Freire attack!
But it seems that they just spilled their powers because Chavanel already gets caught wright after the top of the hill by Roche.
But look who is countering! Bertagnoli, Pietropolli and Boonen! Could this be the winning attack?
Impey and Hermans think so to, and they counter with Boonen.
But then, O'Grady attacks! Leaving multiple riders behind him.
And he easily makes it to the leading group with the favorites and the RadioShack duo Impey/Hermans!
On the downhill, De La Fuente and Santambrogio also make it to the leading group.
When we are back on the flat and within the last 7 km, Bertagnoli launches an attack, Impey counters!
But Bertagnoli was to strong for Impey, who also got company of Veikkanen. So Bertagnoli is going to win.
But apperently O'Grady was still infront of Bertagnoli and winning the stage solo. Veikkanen outsprints Impey for thirth place. Behind them comes the other part of the leading group with a small gap between them and the peleton. To bad there wasn't a time gap registered back to the peleton.
Stage Results:
