We managed to 'convert' most, if not all, of the PCM 14 features to PCM 13.
That said, a few of the new races have been replaced by PCM 13 races.
It is definitely possible that there are a few bugs left in the DB, because converting is always a tricky thing.
But I've done some testing and the DB is perfectly playable, both for seperate stage-races and (long) careers

Instructions:
After you're finished downloading, extract the DB with WinRar/7ZIP. This can be in a map of your choice.
After extracting the .cdb with WinRar/7zip:
1. Open the MembersDB map that was just created by extracting the DB
You will find 2 maps: 'Program Files' and 'My Docs'.
2. Open the 'To Program Files' map and copy the 3 maps(GUI, CM_stages and 3D) to your PCM gamefolder.
It will ask you if you want to merge it with the existing maps. Answer yes.
(Your PCM folder should be located in C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013.
If it's Steam, it should be located in C/Program Files/Steam/SteamApps/common/Pro Cycling Manager 2013)
3. Open the ''To my Docs' map and copy the map(MOD) to your My Docs/PCM 2013 folder.
It will ask you if you want to merge it with the existing mod map. Answer yes.
4. After both the 'Program Files' and 'My Docs' map are installed, open PCM and select 'PCMdailyMembersDBPCM2013' in the options menu in-game.
Btw, the only races I had to replace were Beautiful TT of Serbia(replaced it by a hilly WC ITT variant) and CrueTrue's downhill classic(replaced it by some DB Comics race).
I believe I have replaced a Cafe Pedro stage as well, but I'm unsure about that.

Yes, the beautiful TT in Serbia in the PCM 14 release was PCM 14 made.
Therefore, it didn't work for PCM 13 and I had to replace the stage with a similar TT.
