And what is the minimum amount needed to have a chance of it being successful.
Probably more than your whole budget! |

I decided to use my budget to get riders who will get results and all the time in CT. Costa, Velits and Pellizotti all proving to be good riders.
I onky left $55 but I dont really mind cause I will probably use all of it on one type.

I also don't fully understand training. What are we supposed to enter in the P2-S8 area? Let's say I want to give Van Poppel the sprinter training program?
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I think you just have to enter the amount of money you want to spend on a sprinter's package. In a second step Bikex will tell you what package you researched and you can decide then who will get this package.if you want two packages you have to add a second amount of money next to the first one..
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Someone who understood it, great. I hope it's clearer now for the others. |

You can buy more than one packages of the same type. F.e. If i have Kittel, Sagan and Selig and i want to improve the SP of all of them then I can buy three packages of sprinter training. I write the amount i want to spend for each package in P1, Q1 and R1 and then i get the 3 packages of sprinter training that i can assign to my three riders.
If you would just write the amount you want to spend for all three packages in P1 then you would only be able to train one rider.
Hope this clears it up (and is correct )

Age and potential will help for training, won't it?

The ICL released data on all U21 riders that want to go pro in the season of 2015. The problem is that this data is very imprecise and nothing is said about the potential of the riders.
Luckily the 33 teams of the World and Continental Tour kept some money behind to get some more accurate data on riders they are interested in themselves, please download this file: https://www.mediafire.com/?or4gkune22...une22ds08c
Read the following guide:
#1 First thing to do is add your Team ID in C2. If you forgot your Team ID you can check it in the table "Teams". There you can also check your Talent Focus budget (Column C, the number in Column D is at the moment not important for you).
#2 Browse the available talents in table "Talents". You will notice that the data is very inaccurate. In the potential box you can't see anything and the stats are split into 3 numbers. 1 stands for stats that are lower than 59, 2 are the stats 59 - 65 and 3 are all stats that are above 65.
#3 You can do three things with the riders: 1. Scout on them; 2. Scout them more accurate then you did before; 3. Sign a rider. In round 1 only step 1 is important, you can sign riders from round 2 onwards.
You can either scout a rider on his potential or on more specific stats. In each case Scouting can be done on 4 different levels, while the first level of the stats is already displayed. Check the table "Prices" for more information and the price list. If you have decided to scout a rider write the level of information you want to get on the potential (column W) or on the stats (column X). It is recommended not to scout a rider on the highest level in round 1, as you can get more information in the next round if you are still interested.
#4 If you are done, got to the table "PM", copy columns A - I and send it to me as a table. You will get the information on the riders soon after.
There will be two more rounds of scouting/signing and another one in which you can only sign talents.
The deadline for round 1 is in ~4 weeks, so you have time. But if you all get it done within 1 week, I could already start round 2 then. But I don't expect that that's why the deadline is so far away.
I'd also like to remind you to send in your research file: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread....ost_923076
I still need 19 of them. |

Just one quick question: How much work was it to get this ridiculously brilliant system done?

So, where can I find my budget to sign these new riders? Or can I only use my scouting budget for that?

As I understood, your scouting budget is used for that as well, but you may only use half of it for signing. That's by the way always the second number next to your budget.

So, if I have 800 and use 400 for scouting, I have 400 left to sign riders (meaning 4 of them, unless their price goes up?)

That's how I understood it. And if their price goes up you have to pay it from your wage budget for next year, I think.
