Sorry for the delay, was kind of busy in the last days.
Okay so development teams and budget planning is done.
Only two teams took their chance and chose their replacement races themselves. I did that for the others now:
Lunar: Ster ZLM Tour
Jysk: Tour of Vancouver, Tour of Utah
Swiss Life: Tour of Utah, Praha - Karlovy Vary - Praha
Smartone: Criterium Hainleite
Nike: RideLondon–Surrey Classic
Cymru Wales: Rheinland-Pfalz Rundfahrt
The next step are the planning sheets and afterwards the racing can (finally) begin! I will upload them later. |

okay some news:

I added the division column.

They may seem a little bit complicated, so please read through this guide!
A. The first thing you need to do is add your team to the file and select the races you are in. To add your team, go to the db file, filter for your team. Copy all your riders and paste them in the table riders. Overwrite the riders that are already in there those are only just examples.
After that go to "Selected Races" and select the races you are in in column G. If you don't want to do it manually, just go to the table "Teams" and copy the column with your team ID in it. Then paste it in G2.
B. Race Clashes do apply, you can check them in table "Races".
C. Now everything should be ready for you in table "planning". You can see your riders listed vertically and your races horizontally. If you want to assign a rider to a race just write an 1 in the right cell. Watch out for race clashes, again you can check them in table "Races".
You can press the buttons to sort the riders by the corresponding stat.
D. You can't go over the race days of a rider, but will have to use at least 20 race days for each rider!
E. If you are done upload the file and send me the download link. Managers of development teams will have to send in a file for them of course as well.
I don't know about a deadline, this could really need you some time and considering that some of you needed a lot for not that much time consuming work. What do you think how long should I give you?
3. Lastly send me a list of 3 focus races your team is in. How you do in these races will have an influence on your next seasons budget. More prestigious races can of course give you a bigger bonus, but if you fail in them you can also loose a lot.

Well it was made clear that those riders (those three sprinters, not naming names) will develop slower than at a normal team, so i don't know what the problem is. Dev teams points don't count to the main team (?) and it's not results that gain development (?)

Some of the climbers in the CT division, Porte, Uran, Martin etc
At least I have a top 5 sprinter in terms of speed while he has stronger secondary stats. |

That's true thanks for pointing out. Jakstar will have to remove one of his riders from the dev team.
@all: sorry about all the things I miss or make wrong in the first place. I guess this makes the game seem very chaotic atm, I will try to cut these things.
