How's Turkey looking? I'd like to get the Giro started in the near future

@Trentino
Hopefuly Pellizotti can improve and finish top 5 in the GC. It will be difficult but he can do it.

It'd be nice to just finish Turkey off in a fast manner. The race is ill-fated anyway with images deleting, wrong routes and so on.

Tour of Turkey
Today's break features Tosatto, Frohlinger, Poni, Morajko and Day.
After 20km they are joined by Hagg, Isaychev, Wackermann, Klemme and Lequatre.
Frohlinger leads over the climb and Klemme the sprint.
There are splits at the intermediate sprint! Only 60 riders are left in the peloton.
The other group have got back now. Felline attacks with 40km.
With 25km left he is joined by Bongiorno, Rebellin and Gatto.
They are all caught with 14km left. The break still have 1'15 to the bunch.
Bongiorno and Rebellin go again and join the breakaway with 10.5km to go. They have just 49 seconds.
The peloton catches them after just 1km. Now it's a case of what the riders will do with 9.5km to go.
The favourites kind of get away. Firsanov and Rolland narrowly miss out.
Peeters puts in a big attack with 8km to go, giving Europcar something to hope for here.
Niemiec catches him and attacks with 5km to go. Vorganov tries to catch up.
Huzarski leads the peloton who catch with 3.3km left for Niemiec.
The Pole starts his sprint 3km out. He should hold on. Gesink leads the rest.
The Belkin rider is caught 500m out, and Niemiec wins.
Modolo wins the sprint for the 2nd, and the GC stays pretty much the same.

Hägg and Huzarski seemed to be active today, but apparently not much chance. A team full of sprinters and none of them ever tries something.

He may have lost the reults as well, Turkey really is a disaster
Well, hopefully Romandie can start soon.
Also, I'm giving up on Neilster, would anyone else be able to report Brabantse Pijl? Shonak, Bikex or The Rider maybe?

Sure I'll do it. Just don't expect too much effort on preview stuff and stuff.

Preview Brabantse Pijl
The route of the Brabantse Pijl has changed a lot over the years. We all remember the days Oscar Freire ruled on the Alsemberg from 2005 to 2007, but the finish has been moved since then. This year, cobbled section have been added in the final, though the uphill sprint towards the finish line is still on normal roads. This race was incredibly popular, going so far Team Sky and Vacansoleil could not get a wildcard.
A lot of confusion about this route has cause a strange startlist. Belkin's manager has gone full retard mode and listed Willem Brouwer and Jorge Cristobal Riquelme as team leaders, while both have very limited cobble skills. Androni and Caja Rural also sent in teams that seem to have little chance of victory.
Looking at the favourites, it need to be someone that can take the cobbles well, survive the many hills and have a good punch left at the finish line. Of course one name stand out here: Peter Sagan will be the man to beat on this route. Philippe Gilbert, the 2011 winner, will be his first challenger. Last year's winner, Thomas Voeckler, is here as well, you can never rule him out either. The winners of 2004, 2009 and 2010, Paolini Geslin and Rosseler are not riding, but the 2008 winner can be considered another favourite: Sylvain Chavanel.
Other guys that should be able to handle the course well are Van Avermaet, Verboven, Kwiatkowski, Haussler and Gatto.
Quite a few real cobblers here as well, but it is unsure if they can make it to the finishline with all these hills. On the other hand, the puncheurs lacking cobble skills might get in trouble as well.

still nice for a preview done in 30min... seems legit
Turkey isn't going well for sure, but why are the routes wrong?

The routes aren't wrong, Marco didn't have the correct ones so he couldn't report the race

ok, it's not such a big deal then..
still, I think that that the reports are quite acceptable even without pictures. cycleman is doing a great job by the way, especially because he's reporting so much..

More importantly, it's almost time for the biggest race of this part: California.
All of a sudden, a wild Shonak appears and makes everything better. With Brabantse finally getting done, we're only waiting for Romandie to start now. Good times.

Why should california be the biggest race for you? Oh wait, I forgot, Evans or TJ could even have a chance there with all the other GC contenders riding the Giro
