Thanks !
Now the DS of the team must answer to the sponsor questions about not sending the team on Gabon, despite the will of several riders.
It will be a hard night for Radu Brezoianu.

Hi Mika,
The most likely, you will be on both races, but we are waiting for the official presentation of the races, to see which one fits you better.
Without surprise, you should be on these races .

Following an approval from UCI, Accent Jobs successfully transferred two new riders for the next season. The two riders are Kevin Pauwels and Klaas Vantornout, both from from Sunweb and we hope to see them shine in the next months.

Not as great as Christian de Vries . I can't wait the second part of the calendar.
In the first part we will try to make a good impression and that will be a little hard because we are the 11th team as team strength according to the Expension Pack EPIC version.

Starting season – Radu Brezoianu interview
At the Accent Jobs training center Radu Brezoianu is looking attentively at the riders’ performances. Sometimes we see a smile, but right after that the DS write down something in his bloc notes and the smiley is temporarily gone.
Reporter : How is the training session going ?
Radu Brezoianu : Actually, we are not in a training session, but in a monitoring session. We try to observe the performances of our riders on a time trial using our high-tech simulator.
Reporter : What is the purpose of this monitoring session ?
Radu Brezoianu : Well, we’ve done several monitoring sessions inside and outside to see how the riders perform on each type of terrain. Who is the best climber, who is the best time-trialist and so on.
Reporter : And how are the results ?
Radu Brezoianu : The results will be published on the team’s page in the following days. For now I cannot give you details, because all the results must be translated in … let’s say comprehensible data. We work with very different measure units than the one you hear on TV.
Reporter : The season just started in Africa and soon the WT will start in Australia. Is Accent Jobs prepared for the new season ?
Radu Brezoianu : As you know we will start later our season with GP La Marseillaise, one of our goals for this part of the season. I wanted to give the riders some time to know each other to recover from the winter and so on. I would say that on 27 January we will be ready, but he have to do some additional adjustments.
Reporter : Speaking about goals, what are the team’s goals for the first part of the season ? Where should we expect to see you shine ?
Radu Brezoianu : Being a Belgian team, we have the obligation to have goo results on Belgian races. We give a particular attention to the classics, like Kuurne-Brussel-Kuurne, Wevelgem and Nokere and even GP Marseillaise where we hope to place a rider among the first 10-15. At the same time we will try to do something on stage races. This will be new for us, because we are used to ride in classics, but I think we can expect a good GC classification in Driedaagse De Panne – Koksijde and, why not a stage win in Volta ao Algarve.

Problems with the start lists at Accent Jobs
A first sign of complaints appeared yesterday at Accent Jobs headquarters. Radu Brezooianu brought in the schedule for the first part of the calendar and the provisional start lists. The provisional lists have 6 riders per race, and 2 more extra riders will be added for each race in order to complete the calendar.
Nevertheless, the tasks seems to be impossible for the DS, as few riders complained already of going to races they don’t want to, while some others are concerned about not riding their favorites.
While many of them want to race GP La Marseillaise and the cobbled classics, it seems that almost nobody wants to go to Qatar and Oman. The provisional schedule send me in Oman and after that I should be back in 5 days and be competitive for the classics. I don’t believe that Oman heat is the best training for cobbled classics. Andy Cappelle said.
Others seems to be more understanding. I don’t mind the heat of the Middle East. In fact I asked the manager to put me in both tour, Qatar and Oman, because I enjoy riding at high temperatures. What is more important is to win points and then complain about the weather. declared Jerome Gilbert after the presentation.
Whatever the final list will look like, it seems impossible for Radu Brezianu to please everyone. And the time is putting pressure as only few days remain until the final lists must be send to UCI.

Team calendar
Accent Jobs achieved to realize the schedule for all the riders for the first part of the calendar. All the riders received their own schedule, and the official list with all the races and the number of race days per rider was sent to UCI Headquarters. We are waiting for the official confirmation from UCI in order to assign the riders for their designed races. Steven Caethoven and Davy Commeye will be the most busy riders for the first of the calendar, while Gregory Habeaux and Klaas Vantornout, both recovering from serious injuries will be spared and they will race only to warm their legs. Our new young riders will be introduced early to the pro races, because all five of them will ride at least one race in February.
We hope for the best.

Natt Miles' blog
This is definitely a new chapter in my young cycling career and I'm super happy to have signed with Accent Jobs! I am very impressed with the teams professionalism and I believe it's the right place for me.
First of all a few things about my me, it's been a tough transition from the track where I rode Points and Sratch, I also have the opportunity to represent Thailand in both track and road. Trying to get the kilometres has been hard but I feel that I got what it takes. I don't have any outstanding attributes yet but I feel that I can be a good team mate for our leaders on most terrains, (I hate cobbles!) and maybe get into a few breakaways myself. As you can imagine I have trained with the rest of the guys and I just can't wait to get racing!
As for as my schedule is concerned, it is not completely clear what I am doing this year but I know for sure i will be riding Tour of Oman, GP di Lugano and Strade Bianche which should all be exciting and I aim to make my first impressions for the management. I'd like to ride the Tour of Britain this year after I have developed a bit but I know that the race is not team priority. I don't have must expectation this but to do a good job for the leader and earn another contract here.
See you on the road!

Start list for GP La Marseillaise [27 January]
The team manager announced earlier today the start list for GP La Marseillaise, the first race for Accent Jobs this season.
The 8 riders sent to France are :
Davy Commeye
Thomas Degand
Voltali Feunard
Mika Kurri
Kevin Pauwles
Zoltan Ruiz Gonzalez
Jurgen Van Goolen
Nicolas Vogondy
Our biggest hopes for a good results are Thomas Degand and Jurgen Van Goolen, both riders showing good results in the pre-season training sessions on hilly terrains, but we believe that the downhill from the finish could smile to Kevin Pauwles. At the same time we think that our French riders Nicolas Vogondy and Voltali Feunard will be highly motivated to do well on their home race. Zoltan Ruiz Gonzalez and Mika Kurri are still young and this will be officially their first race as a pro. They both had spectacular results on the training camps for someone of their age and he hope that they will be at their best, but it is possible that their lack of experience, very important in a one-day race, to be a hard enemy.
This race is very important for our team, because is one of our sponsors goals. We hope for the best and a very good race from our riders.
