TMM Sports Management: Press Release
Adrien Hanzen:- A deal is 95% confirmed involving Adrien Hanzen. One last condition has to be filled and confirmed first, but Shindigs season home is sorted. More offers are welcomed, but are unlikely to be successful
Thomas Hinault: As yet no interest shown. Thomas preference is for a French Team, but as long as he gets leadership and a TDF ride, he is happy to talk to teams. Le Faucon is watching and waiting.
Ylvo Chelyakov: Again no interest shown yet. Cheli is not a winner, but is a perfect domestique for a CT team. Admittedly he may never be a major winner but good domestiques are worth their weight in gold. Language may be an issue, but Cheli just wants to get his chance.

*Signed*
Name: Dermot Walker
Age: 18
Nationality: GB
Rider type: Crit Specialist
Short Bio: Having grown up in the cycling hotbed of Douglas, Isle of Man, young Dermot really benefited from his connections. Having spent a lot of time cycling with close friend Mark Christian, he was introduced to Pete Kennaugh and Mark Cavendish at the age of fourteen at a local race. He was awestruck by The Manx Missile, just listening to his dulcet tones convinced him to spend all of his money on a new road bike. Though he had a lot of hills around him, Dermot much preferred the flat and became the youngest ever winner of a Tour Series round when he won in London at the age of 17. He is hoping to become the next Cavendish but has never ridden a full length road race. He has no intention of riding for a WT team this season as he knows he needs to gain experience at a lower level first.

Sprinter: [AVAILABLE]
Name: Tom O'Callaghan
Age: 18
Nationality: Irish
Rider type: Sprinter
Short Bio: Tom was born in Letterkenny, Donegal, which is the North-western most County of Ireland. He started going on rides after his dad, who was a massive cycling fan, showed him old Videos of Sean Kelly sprinting. After that he was on the roads nearly all the time he could, and he soon learnt that sprints suited him best, though he could also take hills pretty well. He pretty much didn't learn for his leaving cert, since he figured it would make more sense to train more instead if he wanted to become a pro after school. His other idol, besides Kelly, is Matthew Brammeier, who he met at the Irish Championships, when he was riding for the Donegal County Team.

Cobbler: [EUROPCAR]
Name: Lue Khamsé Khamphan
Age: 23
Nationality: Laos
Rider type: Classics
Short Bio: Lue is on a Mission, to become the first ever rider in the pro peleton from Laos. His Story is quickly told: He was, as so many Laotians, born to a poor Family. He started working as a bicycle courier at a Young Age, bringing heavy goods from different parts of town, sometimes even to another town. As he rode on the infamously bad roads, he more and more realized, that he was faster than the other couriers. Much faster. Doing this for a lot of years helped him develop the flat, cobble and endurance skills that he has, plus giving him a good kick. He has decided that if he wants to live a life away from poverty, this might well be his one and only Chance, so he's giving it his all.

Age: 21

He now wants to become pro, and he also wants to state that he believes Bavaria should become Independent. For that reason, he likes Euskaltel best, because they know how it is to be looking for Independence without gaining it (yet).

It made him rather unpopular especially among the teachers, but now he hopes to make a living of it. All the time spent riding alone has made him a solid allrounder capable of helping in a lot of different terrains when he can't go for himself. The Brewery Sports Management
The Brewery still have two talented young cyclists without an offer on the table for the 2013 season. Both of these riders really hope to attract a deal for the season ahead. Firstly, British U23 ITT champion, Jordan Birtles would really offer any team a fantastic domestique with a chance to score individual success in any Time Trials. Being able to speak French to a decent standard, Jordan certainly wouldn't mind riding for a European team, while he also has a very professional outlook, meaning he wouldn't mind working for somebody else all season, providing he gets to ride many TT's.
We also have young Dermot Walker, who is looking for a Pro Continental team to take him on and give him the right tutoring. As an eighteen-year-old, Dermot doesn't expect anything other than being given the right guidance and a competitive calendar. He has pointed out Team NetApp - Endura as one team that he would love to ride for as Russell Downing and Scott Thwaites are riders he looks up to.
Any offers will be taken seriously and listened to. |

One question:
If you sign a rider, who should announce in the HQ? The manager or the person who created the new rider
