Have you downloaded a DB?
Have you downloaded the latest patch?
Did you do anything strange with your PCM folder?
Have you got the steam version of the game?
Is it a legal version or did you download?

Yes, this work before.
When i install one db, the wheels disappeared. I unistall the game and install again. When i go play, gives error (without db) |

You didn't even answer half the questions we asked so I can only guess what the problem could be, but try this:

Here is how to make it visible:

On the Folder Options, click on the View tab.
Under the Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders and click Ok.
And if you wonder, yes this is still valid for PCM12, just substitute PCM11 PCM12 in the description above.

In my opinion, it is not possible to have this error after you have reset the settings and re-installed. I suggest that you do it one more time:
1. Reset the settings
2. Uninstall the game
3. Clean up the wrongly installed DB (by manually deleting all pcm related folders on your computer)
4. Install the game
5. Install the latest patch |
