I go for Brunner too.

Anyways you should look for a Swiss climber in that U23 without paying much attention to the result in U23 cause they don't mean much.
Usually the promising guys that my legendary scouts find are not in the top of the U23 ranking

I usually send my scout to find the riders that are winning the U23 races, cause they more often than not have high potential AND a very high starting point :-)

But this time my scouts have used half a year without finding Bernardy or Glonek :-P

Muggert
We're going local!

Genesio Brunner and Milan Glonek will be signed for the new season.

Along with belgium puncheur Egon Smet.

Profiles will be up in the season preview in an hour or so :-)

Muggert
If Eslava and varlo really are future stars I will have a chance to scout them next season :-)

Good choice people :-)

i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb447/Muggert/flag/swi.jpg Genesio Brunner (Young)

Outs:

i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb447/Muggert/flag/aut.jpg Daniel Schorn -> VOR

i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb447/Muggert/flag/swi.jpg Simon Zellweger -> Free

Outlook:

Cameron Meyer is an amazing addition to the squad, and Vinals could be a future Vuelta winner with that climbing potential. Glonek too will be a beast. Besides that a rather average youth intake this year :-( . We should have a good allround team as long as we don't needto participate in cobbled races ;-)

Objectives:

Promotion to the World Tour!

Ian Butler
I hope the promotion will be a fact at the end of the season! With a team like this, it's definitely possible!

Muggert
BREAKING NEWS!

Swiss Life and Tissot have both agreed to a contract extension with the team managed by Tony Rominger.

They have also promised an additional million if the team becomes a part of the world tour.

This will make us able to focus on our season without spending time on finding a sponsor this year.

The squad is looking really strong now, so lets hope they deliver some great results Wink

Muggert
We have only applied for a Wild Card in the following races:

Tour de Suisse
Tour de Romandie
Giro d'Italia
Tour de France
Vuelta a Espana

Ian Butler
Normally Suisse and Romandie should be obtained. Hopefully one or more GT's as well.

sutty68
Being a Swiss based team i am hoping you get accepted for Romandie and the Swiss Tour Wink

And a GT would be a Great challenge for the squad Wink

January 2014
i1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb447/Muggert/flag/arg.jpg - 2.1 - Tour of San Luis

We don't have to wait long for this years first victory. Miron Serikov wins stage 1 and 6 in a mass sprint, and win the Sprint jersey as well. Konovalovas wins the Time trial stage, and ends up 2nd overall.

Conclusion:

Swiss Life - Tissot and Konovalovas occupies the number one spot on the continental rankings. Looks like a decent signing already ;-)

Transfers:

Nothing new. However we did find Sven Varlo in Norway and I'm happy we didn't sign him as he has limited potential.
