Hi, as we are many people with trouble downloading the setup, while the two other files works fine, I was wondering if anyone who's got the game working, and had no trouble downloading the no.1 file and make it work, can upload it for us to download somewhere?
I suppose that would work, so if anyone can bother to try it and help, I'd appreciate it a lot  I really want to play now  |

I'm not sure if we're actually allowed to do this, but it sickens me to see so many people having problems with something they've paid for. So, I've attached the .exe-file to this post. Download it, unpack it with WinRAR and see if it works.
I hope it does.

Reading between the lines I suspect part of the problem could be that some people expect the first setup file to be much larger than it actually is.
In reality it is very small (about 1,300 bytes??) and its files 2 & 3 that are much larger. |

No thats not the problem. We dont have access to the first file somehow.
Ive bought it again now. In this mail the link worked without problems. Trying to get a refund for the first purchase now.
They shouldnt advertise with 7-day a week support when in fact they dont even care to response after 2 days.

Mike, your solution doesn't work, for me at least. The install is asking for a differently named .bin file. I was thinking that it was the same as the ones I had, just with a different name, so I renamed them to what it said, but it still didn't work.
If I am correct in thinking that you got the installer through a different mechanism than buying through the website and installing. Than maybe if someone who got the installer that way might be able to post their's and that might work. |

From the links given it seems that they want the same .bin files for the same .exe files. That way they can prevent fraudulent downloads. Every File 1 has a different link number so I think the files attached have some connection to it.
Oh well, still waiting for Focus to refund my first purchase and help me on this one. It'll probably be 2 weeks before I hear from them at this rate. |

I also ave problem with the first file. I've now tried to rename the first file to .exe, and now the symbol turns into the pcm-logo. I then start it up and can then select language to use during installation. Whwn I selected language I then get up the box that says "setup needs the next disk". I choose the folder where i downloaded the links. Then a new box who says: "The file "download-1-1.bin" could not be locatede in this folder. Please insert correct disk or select another folder."
Anyone else who got this problem or know how to resolve it? |

Look, Mike got his files I different way I think, so if someone who got the downloader through file 1 (i.e. Fenian) posted it, we may be in business |

It's probably like that each file has a connection as mentioned.
I renamed it and all after what it asked for, but it says "Sourcefile is destroyed"(I translated directly from my language).

It's true that the file I uploaded doesn't stem from the Metaboli server. Anyway, the file I attached to this post comes from someone who did buy and download the game.
Give it a try.

They are connected, thats why you have to put them in the same folder
