you'll see more thoughts when I post my CT preview, but I overall like your team! Some good leaders although I think they're going to face some stiff competition.
Will be sharing probably 85% of our calendar with you from what I see on quick glance, so will definitely be keeping close tabs on how you do this season!

Thanks yeah, I think we're on the outside looking in for a Top 5, but also a run at promotion isn't entirely out of the question (and my model agrees).
The hills are just stacked in CT this year... |

Also, I'm definitely impressed and like the look of what you've done in transfers, bringing in leaders, but also riders that have value "here and now", but also for the future, like Aquilani. Well done! |

The squad is well built but it probably is a little short in terms of challenging near the top of the division this season.

If I had to guess I'd say maybe not quite good enough for automatic promotion, but could be in the running for some disband spots.

As the season swings into view, Fincantieri - Grand Seiko prepares to debut over four races in the opening month of the campaign!

None are specifically team goals, but the squad would love to get off to a strong start, especially at the C2 level, as we look to set the tone for a successful year.
Clasico San Jose
Our debut race will be the C2 Costa Rican hilly classic, the Clasico San Jose. We'll be sending a strong hills squad including Kinoshita and Langellotti as co-leaders, with the hope of scoring at least a podium.

Tour Down Under
We then move on to both the C1 class of races and to the Land Down Under. First up will be the Tour Down Under itself, where Kinoshita, Smith, and Hayakawa together lead a solid all-around team.
Given the high level of competition, consistent stage showings leading to a respectable overall finish with some points is the extent of our aspirations.

Great Ocean Road Classic
We stay in Australia and the C1 band to contest the Great Ocean Road Classic. We expect an extremely strong sprint field to attend the race, and the parcours does not suit Aquilani with a straightforward delivery into the finish.
So, with an undersized squad led by Hayakawa, baring some extreme luck showing the flag in the breakaway will likely be all we can aim to accomplish.

Hong Kong Challenge
On the same day, we look to much more strongly contest the C2 hilly classic in Hong Kong. Once again we send a strong (if undersized) selection from our hills squad, with Kinoshita and Langellotti both available to lead as the race develops.

Fun program to start the team's MG journey! You should get a very early indication of what your strong hills squad is capable of both in C2 and in C1, as well as how the dynamics with Langellotti and Kinoshita play out. Should be fun, good luck
