Most definitely looks like a fun CT team! Hoping to see your climbers and puncheurs do well here and there, making for fun races, while Welten should be more of a consistent threat to race wins and podiums. |

You have some fun riders and should be able to score some cool results (and wins) again, although promotion won't be on the table. But having fun while building for aiming higher is obviously not the worst way of doing it!

Not sure how much your leaders will be able to do in a very strong CT division but should be fun season with action in all terrains.

Our calendar looks like this for the year. We decided to play it safe, and not take on too many challenges that would probably be too big for us in the end. Hopefully, we can surpass last years win total and be even more competitive.

Indeed surprised to see zero HC races, but sometimes heading to the smaller races is the better choice if it doesn't feel like you'll have a realistic shot at doing anything other than breakaways. Will be very curious how this schedule works for you!

I had zero HC races last year. It worked reasonably.
I feel like, that when I have a goal of 8 stage wins, I will have better chances when my guys aren't competing with the best (Captain Obvious to the rescue!)
It's way more fun to compete for top 10's than have my riders finish 28th.
My team is better than last year, yes, but so is the rest of the CT. I have to find success where I can.

I promoted from CT with 0 HC races, so can only recommend the approach.
