This means, it basically includes (or hopefully includes) all the deals and loans incl. clauses, FAs, draft riders, silent bids, sackings, final wages etc.
BUT it doesn`t yet include the trainings! And it also does not include the preferred riders.
Trainings will be shown once the list is finalized in the season DB. Right now we are finishing up transfer sheet checks, and it will be published soon.
What to do for anyone:
Please check if your team is correct. Number of riders, riders itself, stats, wages etc.

I've noticed 3 riders are JEWA TIROL Cycling team whilst the rest are JEWA TIROL,
Only 1 rider (Alexey Lutsenko) has spaces around the hyphen in Air New Zealand-Prada
Edvin Lovidius is Aker - Ab InBec no Aker - Ab InBev
2 DK Zalgiris riders (Nys and Terada) are showing as DK Žalgiris instead of a Z
Only 4 Duvel - Tsingtao riders correctly have the spaces around the -
Somehow Kwanele Jele has ended up at MG Colombini Kometa instead of Banco Vaticano-Valkyrie
That's everything I can see just looking through the team names list

Has something changed in the RD calculations? Every rider on my team has different RD counts than they did in the Transfers DB.
Numbers differ by as much as 5 or more for leaders. Would make a huge difference in planning.
Edit: Abhi indicated on discord to ignore the RDs, which will be updated

Could be wrong, but almost all of these can be found as riders without a division designator. Almost all of JEWA Tirol is also in this category.
