The kingpin signing of this year, joining us in exchange for Magnus Sheffield - our premier talent. Kennett can challenge for a top 5 spot in the CT rankings we feel and are excited to give him a strong leadout throughout the season. He also joins our absolutely absurd prologue core.

 | Bachirou Nikiema | 69 | 70 | 74 | 77 | 62 | 72 | 74 | 72 | 65 | 70 | 76 | 74 | 71 | 63 | 75.35 | 4.100 | 29 | 110000 |
Bachirou Nikiema takes over basically exactly where Santiago Montenegro was, but on a slightly lesser wage and with slightly better sprint capabilities. A rider we've looked at favorably over the past few seasons, we think that he can help us bring a few stage results through and be a great 1-2 punch with our next signing...

 | Jay McCarthy | 68 | 65 | 73 | 80 | 56 | 77 | 72 | 65 | 67 | 63 | 71 | 69 | 69 | 56 | 74.79 | 4.100 | 34 | 100000 |
McCarthy is obviously a MG legend with a very strong skillset still. He should be able to make up for some of the struggles that Montenegro had last year (yes, our top rider had some clear issues in our opinion) and with Nikiema together they can avoid those we believe. Hopefully he can give us the push into PCT that we've been looking for.

 | Alejandro Osorio | 69 | 77 | 75 | 72 | 72 | 73 | 72 | 74 | 55 | 56 | 68 | 62 | 64 | 68 | 74.68 | 4.100 | 28 | 85000 |
Osorio takes the main climbing leader role over from Rachid, who served us well last year. Osorio has a few more years of prime and better capabilities on the hills, where Rachid was often losing a bit of time. Helping build a stronger South American core is also an attractive benefit of his arrival. He should be able to target specific races without needing to be a world-beater.

 | Jhonatan Restrepo | 70 | 68 | 72 | 75 | 72 | 71 | 69 | 74 | 55 | 70 | 72 | 65 | 68 | 72 | 73.67 | 4.100 | 32 | 65000 |
Restrepo was nowhere near our radar heading into transfers, but a fortunate series of events mean that he joins us as the main hilly domestique to our two leaders. He can provide TTT support, leadout options, and overall be a great support for every single leader our team has. Expect him to score a few times on his own and be ready to give his last year a strong run.

 | Jake Marryatt | 71 | 61 | 65 | 68 | 77 | 67 | 74 | 67 | 57 | 60 | 58 | 67 | 63 | 77 | 73.39 | 4.100 | 30 | 55000 |
It wouldn't be a SEE Turtles transfer season without a TT guy joining the team and Marryatt is a loyal part of the TTT set-up for the upcoming year. On low wage and with many race days, he should be able to make an impact. He should score a few points in ITT's throughout the year as well, where we hope one of our many options will have a good day.

 | Damien Howson | 68 | 56 | 59 | 62 | 77 | 68 | 69 | 67 | 55 | 61 | 63 | 69 | 60 | 77 | 72.42 | 4.100 | 34 | 50000 |
Howson is a bit past his prime, but he's certainly a valuable asset. Just like Marryatt, at minimum wage, he's going to be a workhorse for us. This is his opportunity to teach some younger TT riders and build upon his legacy. Expect him to show up as a road captain when we need an extra rider as well.

 | Freddy Alejandro Avila | 71 | 60 | 61 | 62 | 71 | 70 | 71 | 66 | 63 | 61 | 62 | 64 | 67 | 70 | 68.36 | 2.41 | 23 | 50000 |
Another surprise arrival in our Montenegro deal, Avila arrives as the future of SEE Turtles time trialing. He'll be able to learn from many riders this year in his aim to lead the team in future years. We are very excited about his potential in our colors and should be an inspiration to other South American riders to consider attempting the time trial bike in addition to the climbs.
