An opportunity: Looking for Development team partner!
2026 will introduce Development teams as a part of the ManGame Continental Division. As a result IESE ProCycling Team is looking to team up with PT/PCT manager for a Developmental team during the season. As we are registered with primary and secondary nationalities in Europe, the profile of the partner manager needs to be of a European-based team though we are leaving the door open for non-European team managers.

MGUCI transfer season hadn't started yet, but a Slovenian site had dropped a huge bombshell regarding IESE's Domen Novak. It appears that his agent isn't happy that the team chose to re-sign him for the 2026 season, prefering his client to hit free agency where it is beleived tho have suitors lined up. According to the site, Novak's agent was blindsided by the decision and apparently his request to "respect his client's wishes" had fallen to deaf ears.
It appears that Novak will be available on the transfer market, but IESE apparently are NOT going to part ways with him for nothing. It is understood that the team will at least try to recoup a huge portion of the money paid for his services - he was acquired from Aker-MOT for 1.7M in a bid to remain in PCT, which didn't pan out. Currently there is no price tag set for him, but the team has indicated that they want good value. Potential swap options could be on the horizon if cash-only offer doesn't materialize.
The same Slovenian site that had leaked this also reports that in the event of no offer being accepted, Novak's agent is considering to force the team to buy his client's contract out (when sacking window is opened). At 320k Novak is one of the highest paid riders and sacking him will eat a huge chunk of the budget.
It is possible the team plays hardball with the agent, but so far no one of IESE has commented on the speculations
Ivaneurope: "Any attempts at extortion will not be tolerated"
After the Slovenian website mguci-news.si revealed that Anže Uršič - agent of Domen Novak, is attempting to force the team to move his client elsewhere or even sacking him, DSN News has managed to reach out to ivaneurope - IESE's CEO, to clarify if the speculations are legit. Here's what he said:
"I am fully aware of the rumours surrounding Domen Novak and the attempts by his agent Mr. Uršič to initiate a move at all costs. While I admit that we are considering potential transfer of Novak as the team is in a bind roster and cap wise, I'd like to remind Mr. Uršič that any attempts at extortion will not be tolerated. We have the final word whether Novak will be moved or not and we will explore turning to the MGUCI arbitration tribunal if Mr. Uršič interferes with our plans."
