If you are like me you like to plan and play around with different team ideas. I've been doing this in different excel sheets etc before but decided to try something else this year. So I put together a small tool for planning next season's squad, and then figured others might find it fun and usefull
It's a single HTML file, download it and run it locally in your browser like the development tool
What it does:
- Load any season database (.xlsm/.xlsx — the file needs the standard DYN_cyclist sheet, same layout as the official DBs)
- Pick your team — division is set automatically, but you can change it if you're moving up or down
- Plan your window in three panels:
- Sell — pick riders from your own squad, enter the fee you expect
- Buy — search any rider in the DB; they come with their contract wage, age, nationality and stats
- Free agents — search and sign FAs, wage is entered manually (Note you can only find free agents)
- The projected squad is shown below with colour-coded abilities (PCM-style: red 80+, orange 75+, yellow 70+, green 65+), age, nat, potential, XP and wages
The summary keeps track of the numbers for you:
Wage bill vs the division cap (PT 3,500,000 / PCT 2,500,000 / CT 1,200,000) and how much headroom you have left
Transfer cash: budget + sales income − purchase fees
Squad size and average age
Warnings if you're over the cap, overspending, or running a too-thin roster
How to use: download the file, open it in any browser, load a database, and start planning. Nothing is uploaded anywhere — you can close and reopen it any time (selections reset on reload, so finish a plan in one sitting or screenshot it).
This is NOT a transfer sheet, I have not added anything regarding tax, loans or anything like that so it's mostly just a tool to play around and have fun Edited by Heine on 03-07-2026 11:19
