A LOT of riders developping, and a mixed box aswell, but some very interesting riders among them! Pellizzari, Vervenne, Willems and van Eetvelt are all very cool riders.
Kind of a tough break for Pellizzari with the stat gains changes. Have a similar issue with a couple of my talents (although not anyone that would have been as strong as him). Still should be a fun rider though, among many for you!
I think there are two ways of looking at it with our current team. On the one hand, it is bad for Pellizzari, that's true. On the other, the fact that Van Eetvelt managed to complete his development with the current system and now the ladder is sort of pulled up behind him for that kind of development path could be very beneficial to Lenny in the future. And Pellizzari should still be solid, as you say.
A shame with Tour de l'Avenir, but very cool crop of talents!
Thanks guys The Avenir mishap isn't great and Vervenne and Pellizzari are worse for it given the development that was/is intended. But it makes things at least a bit more interesting for Niyonkuri now that new development paths are available for 2>3 already, and Masengesho also benefits (even if it's just one point of STA/RES). Still would've preferred to get them to Lvl 3 this year, but alas.
It's unlucky you missed Avenir, but it's great to have you back! There's so much talent here (and Girmay is still young too) it's hard to see you not going up in one of the next season. And there's at least one interesting rider who maybe needs a PT loan next season
Thanks, good to be back Promotion will be the goal for sure, ideally already in the upcoming season or at the latest in the season after that. But we've targeted promotion before and came up short, so we'll see

Thanks, the four you mentioned are definitely the cream of the crop. Of the others, not everyone will be on the team for the long term. But they should give us a decent base to build from, and versatility for transfers. At least that's somewhat the plan
