The season is slowly coming to an end and the off-season stuff is starting. With Avenir nominations done, we (i.e. Abhi) could ultimately determine the actual XP gathered by all talents and thus also the levels they gain.
Everyone of you should get a PM from me with your talents' new XP and level gains (and some more information regarding the whole process) until tomorrow (March 30th), otherwise please PM me here or in Discord. Please send back your stat gain choices back to me via PM (no Discord there) until May 10th.
For this season we'll still use the old stat gains found here:
https://pcmdaily....tgains.xls
For further planning of your talents' development in coming seasons you can use the stat gains from the respective discussion thread found here:

Can we get a confirmation which OVR formula we will go with for next season?

OVR formula will remain the same for next season. It will be reassessed for 2027 season when mm becomes independent.

Ouch. I hope that given that RDs remain untouched, at least wages will go down considerably for the biggest underperformers... But I'm afraid the "double penalty" (low RDs, high wages) for too high OVL riders remains ^^

We are relying on the performance adjustment to help with the wage. Then as Abhi notes once MM is a separate stat and we have run a year with an adjusted calendar we will see where things stand.

And just confirming with the old statgains being used for this offseason that MM will move up as the average of the new hill and mountain stats?

Yes, for 2026 MM stat remains the average of hill and mountain stats.

So that means it will work the same for training as well? I hope so at least...
I mean, it was already quite a bummer to see MO and MM getting independent, as it kind of breaks the training plans I had for Schmid (with the new game version already screwing them up a lot anyway), so I hope there's at least one chance left to train MM alongside MO...

For 2026, MM will increase as average of MO and HI. So if you train either, MM will also go up. That will not happen from 2027 as MM needs to be trained independently.
