pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2025/Micros/mck.png Sosa was only 10 seconds (6 behind pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2025/Micros/mol.png Almeida) off the pace at the first check point and it looked like he will put up a proper fight for the yellow jersey today. But his dreams were shattered by the time he reached the second check point as he was already 44 seconds behind the Mol rider! In the end he would end up losing 1 minute and 21 seconds, the worst performance of the top riders today. But the Colombian was so strong so far that the time he won compared to the others in the first 3 stages will be enough to allow him to keep second place in the GC

Big favorite before the race, big favorite for all the stages so far, it took pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2025/Micros/mol.png Almeida 4 stages to finally get that allusive stage win and finally getting into the yellow jersey as well. With a gap of over one minute to second place and only 3 riders being less than 3 minutes behind him, surely he is the big favorite to take this one home now. But tomorrow is a brutal stage and anything could happen. No big changes in the GC behind the leaders, with only 2 changes in total and those only being a 1 place up/down.
