Hello everybody and welcome back for the sixth ranking update of the CT division, where legends are made.
And the best team in the month of June was... Peugeot - Bancolombia! The French Colombians scored 236 points this month, mostly because of a big score in the Tour of Vancouver. Another South American team doing well were the SEE Turtles, also mostly because of a good Vancouver race. Ethiopian was the third best scoring team this month, their points came a bit from everywhere. Well, not just a bit, but exactly, from everywhere.
Back to Europe then, as Zappes Kölsch and Bianchi Enel also manage to score over 100 points this month, the only other team doing so being IncaLine. At the bottom of the table the worst scorers this month are Euskotren (57), Podium (53) and Parmalat (50). Colombia first and last!

If we look at the total rankings so far, it will come as no surprise that Bianchi stays in the lead. We do see a switch on the podium though, as Ethiopian takes over the second place from Kraftwerk, becoming the second team to score over 1.000 points this season. Most of the division stays around the same position, except for Peugeot, who see their great month/Vancouver rewarded with a nice jump from 9 to 5. That reminds me of Dolly Parton.

We do have a new individual leader! Perera in the lead with the same three Bianchi guys in the rest of the top-4 now. Galta says hello however, as he is the new number five in the individual rankings. Something tells me he can still gain a few places. An other newcomer in the top-10 is then Anthony Turgis, whereas the two guys dropping out are Buitrago and Carsi.
Fantastic feeling to have such a great month and feel like I'm in contention for a promotion push now (even if we need a few disbands or monster results). Huge congratulations again to Peugeot-Bancolombia after such a positive Vancouver and now to be in such a strong position with RDs still to come. What a strong division still at the top, as would be a fantastic battle to see 3-4 teams all breaking 1500 points still possible.
