God I hate hilly stages on this game, feels like that was one of Hirschi's best results all season but it's still nowhere near what he should be capable of

I feel you. I'm glad to have skipped this race with Stannard, but this consistent absence of activity in supposedly decisive hilly stages must be mortifying for any manager who has a puncheur as a leader.
Thanks for all the reports though and congrats on a suprising win, cio!

Says how a bad a day this was for us that this was a our best result. 14th on GC is not exciting and no stage points but at least we didn't lose any ground. After the team worked an attack would have been nice.
Agree with others the hilly stages aren't working well. I think one impact of MM and the fact is it is an average of HI and MT is it evens everyone out. Add that to the high energy stats in the mangame and you get a stalemate.

Lopez shows once again that he was the strongest here like in past years. Unfortunately ee got that snoozefest of no activity and lost the overall. I still count it as a somewhat good race but it is far from satisfying

That's a surprise winner. That's for sure!
Nothing fancing for us in terms of GC, but it's good to see Formolo finally snatching a top 10 this season. A very nice bonus to get the top 2 in the youth rankings and winning the teams rankings. I was definitely not expecting that.
Thanks for the reports!

A bit anticlimatic final stage, for sure. Unfortunate for Valter's chances too. Coming away with 4th in the GC is solid, but would have been happy to "risk" the 4th place for a selective stage where a good race day condition could have seen him challenge for the GC win, while a worse RDC could have seen him fall further down the rankings.
Thank you for the reports, Imladrik! |

Nice to see Sureda doing well, someone I really wanted to pick up as a free agent. Congrats Caspi, some very welcome points in the relegation fight I'm sure.
Thanks. You weren’t the only one trying to sign him #overpaid
Fun race for us with lots of breakaway action. Disappointing race from Assman, however. He should have fought for some kind of GC imo.
Nevertheless, we got what we needed from this race pointwise with a stage win, 3rd in the KoM, and some minor points here and there.
Thanks for the reports

Great depth in the minor GC places, resulting in the 2nd place in the teams classification. Unfortunately Min missed the split in one of the easiest stages for a good GC.
Congrats cio and thanks Imladrik for the reports!
