@Ivan: Not feasible to beat Vesuvio
@Fabianski: Rekita might be less expensive than Zmorka but he will be quite useful still! Think I paid about market price for TTers for him. The plan was to have a good TTT unit with Zmorka leading it, so very happy I could pull that off

I'm not crying, there's just some dirt in my eyes.
We have had four amazing seasons with Zmorky Sporky. I hope he can do similar things for you as he did for us. Best of luck with LPH's best scoring rider in the coming year(s) <3

Hope we can take good care of him for as long as he is with, which should be a couple of years at least! Hopefully he can recreate some of the Pollos magic for us as well

Very useful group of loan riders, especially Rossi is a real asset.
I will never understand why you write the wage split like that. They dont have a 0 or 25k wage
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Both Owen and Cherkasov are very cool riders, and well equipped for life in the PT I think! Cherkasov seems to have been trying to find a home in the FA pool for a very long time, so to see him "only" at 125K wage is a bit surprising. But a very very cool rider!

Hoping both of them will do well because we'll need it to survive! Very happy to have got Cherkasov for this wage. I was expecting somewhat higher at least!

Had both Owen and Cherkasov on my list. Great job on getting them with those wages

Presenting our next set of FA signings.
Jaime Roson | Climber
Age: 32 | Wage: 115,000Jamie Roson joins the team to add some muscle to our climbing team. He will be the chief lieutenant for Haig for most of the season, although he might get a couple of opportunities himself to lead races!
Stats | OVL | FLA | MON | MM | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | | 75.11 | 67 | 78 | 77 | 76 | 61 | 67 | 70 | 77 | 53 | 54 | 74 | 73 | 66 | 58 |
Sergio Arias Villanueva | Time-Triallist
Age: 27 | Wage: 90,000Our search for a younger time-triallist led us to Costa Rica and after a multi-day bidding process, we were able to secure the services of Arias Villanueva. He will already be a useful part of our TTT unit. He will develop into an even better TT rider next season!
Stats | OVL | FLA | MON | MM | HIL | TT | STA | RES | REC | COB | SPR | ACC | FTR | DHI | PRL | | 71.84 | 73 | 60 | 62 | 63 | 75 | 73 | 74 | 70 | 61 | 62 | 68 | 70 | 65 | 75 | | Time Trial | 74 | 60 | 62 | 63 | 77 | 74 | 76 | 71 | 61 | 62 | 68 | 71 | 65 | 77 | | Track TT | 74 | 60 | 62 | 63 | 77 | 74 | 75 | 71 | 61 | 63 | 69 | 70 | 65 | 77 |
Jo Kogstad Ringheim | Northern Classics
Age: 34 | Wage: 50,000Ringheim was the leader of our cobbles unit in 2023, after which he was sold in the off-season. Having spent a year in CT, he joins us back as a Free Agent signing to add some depth to our cobbles setup.

I like Villanueva a lot. Brilliant backup stats. Ringheim still works fine as a domestique, and then Roson is a really nice pick up. I know his backups aren't all that great, but still in a GT he should be a cool rider to have for breakaways as his REC should give him an edge on some breakaway climbers when we get to the end of the 2nd week.

@Caspi: All three should be good value for their wage, which was the reason to pursue them.
@SotD: It's not usual for us to go chasing level 3s or 4s but we made an exception to Villanueva for the reasons you stated. Ringheim was somewhat a sentimental signing, but hopefully he can contribute as well. Idea for Roson is to share leadership with Leemreize in some races, as Haig's RDs are very limited!

Roson is a nice pickup. I was thinking about him as a short term Buitrago replacement.

I had both Roson (former Gjensidige Rider) and Ringheim on the list, but other riders demanded some flexibility, so i couldn't go all in.
Both are great pick ups

@redordead: He is definitely a good option from FA and I think this was a good price too.
@hillis: Yeah think so too. Ringheim's past relations with us was definitely a factor in bidding for him.

Unsure on Owen think he could be a bit of an overpay but others looks solid depth signings as mentioned above Roson very strong move at the price |
