really like the setup and the training might just have a few too many riders and not enough leaders but that is probably not by choice, best of luck for the season
With our regularly boring season coming to an end, with only one race for our boys left to ride, maybe some excitement is needed.
Which means - stat gains.

Will be a bit better, nothing amazing even when maxed, and will most likely spend his next year out on loan somewhere

One could've gone with TT rather than Track-TT for some fighter stat, but if he ever ends up being an attacker, I'd rather have a better chance of winning the race. Will be pretty dang useless next year, but that's the thing with prologueists.

A couple different options with this fella, I would lean towards v1 being a better path, but that may not end up being my decision to make.

So in the end, outside of Kmieliauskas, a batch of nice to have, but not flashy riders. That certainly won't be the case next year with a certain someone from Baltics 100% joining us

You must have had one Riga Balsam too many when you wrote this post. Your worst youngster is as good as my best, and then you have Mikutis and of course Kmieliauskas who will be a superstar soon!
Looking forward to seeing what you'll cook next season
I like Mikutis - that TT/HI combo is rare. Glivar is a bit Narvaez-like, particularly with v1. Is that a good thing?
Mikutis should've been better god damn it !! but yeah he is a fine rider, just his poor backups might be too big of a crutch if I decide to train HL for example.
Glivar is nice, wrong flag though, big mistake on his part.

You must learn the art of bitching and moaning about your talents
We've done it, another inconsequential, boring season for us, which was to be expected. It's going to be hard to do a lot better or worse with limitations that have been put on the team.

After three years of Halvorsen, we went back to scoring by committee, a lil stopgap until next year's arrival of Kmieliauskas. Of course, Beniusis is a big outlier here, who had a very poor season. Same could be said for Tediashvili, but he was signed after the selection of races, so he barely rode in any cobbled ones, we can forgive that as we expected nothing.

A lot of fun to be had once again next season, let's go
