Stellar ride from Jorgenson and the team to get him in that position. So awesome to see one of your homegrown talents succeed after all the misery we have gone through the last few years. Can't say enough about Matteo's composure and stamina to pick the right spots to attack and counter to put himself in the best position to succeed.
Thanks for the report!

Like how the team rides!
Barbari stage win followed by tons of attacks by Manfredi. Unfortunately Manfredi wasn't allowed to get away, but Kozhatayev still challenges for a top 5

Great to see Gibbons get top 3 in the bunch sprint... if only there wasn't a big breakaway winning in front of him

Well, I have to hand it to my boys. When they flop in one way (GC)( they make up for it in another!!
I would have thought Scotson would have worked for O'Loughlin but won't complain!
I think we can all agree we can just skip to the TTT, right?

Great little ride by Cheyne there happy to see the boys showing up in our home tour even with us having little chance of a good GC result |

Good rides again by our guys I don't think we can make up too many places in the TTT but we have just once again showed we lack a real leader on this terrain something to build on next season |

Well, the TTT is our last hope to salvage something from this race - a promising start that turned out to be a nightmare. Thankfully, this was not a goal race, so no biggie

A top 10 is still good for us. Although I was hoping for a top 10 plus some high placing from Scott which did not come. Still a decent showing but definitely lacking the sprint points that could’ve been.
Congrats to the winner. Well deserved and some great reports!

Just like we planned it! Well done from the team. Here are some fun facts and figures following Jorgenson's fourth GC win of the season:
- Second team goal complete! Need one more stage win to go 3/3.
- First time in team history we have had a rider sweep the classifications in a stage race (winning GC, points, KoM, and youth competition). We have raced in 254 stage races since the team's inception in 2012.
- Jorgenson moves into a three-way tie with team legends TVG and Omar Fraile for the third-most wins in team history with 11. Justo Tenorio (15) and Simon Yates (13) are well within striking range range.
- Jorgenson's seventh win of the season (4 GCs, 3 stage wins) is one win shy of our single-season record, currently held by Tenorio's eight wins during the 2019 PCT season.
The rest of the CT will be happy to know Jorgenson only has eight race days left this season and will conclude his standout campaign at the Tour d'Andorra (C1) and the Giro del Trentino (C2).

Congrats on the win and the landmarks. Will be good to see Matteo back in the PCT next year, I think his very balanced skill set will work well.

Indeed many congratulations! Jorgenson has done all that could really be asked of him in my opinion and leading you to a great promoting season (*knocks on wood just in case*). And yes, thank you for his reduced RD!
For the Turtles - we're thankful to have gotten Frame's good sprint on stage 2 and that was all we could expect. We couldn't bring the full TTT team here and still this might be our worst TTT result outside of the C1 Isle of Man - we did what we could. Vancouver was not a waste with the sprint points, but we absolutely need some miracles.

Yeehaw
Just the way we wanted to complete the race! TTT win which brings Kozhatayev to 2nd. As you can read on the preview on our HQ a podium was the goal, but after the last couple of TTT's I didnt dare to hope.
A couple more points from stages would have been nice, but it should be enough to keep the dream of promotion alive a little longer despite recent disappointments.
Congrats to subliminal Jorgensen.
And thanks for the excellent reports throughout the race!
