Some mixed feelings after this one. We decided early to put all of our eggs in Kubiš ' sprint basket.
He kicked things of with a third place, his best result of the year so far. The day after four of us made it through the echelons yet an 11th place was a slightly disappointing stage result. Glad to gain around 1 minute on several GC riders though. Boxed in on day three, Ťoupalík was our top finisher, only in 18th.
Daniel Rubeš lost the mountain jersey on day four and Kubiš launched a little too early, dropping from second to sixth in the final meters. A mistimed sprint train on the ultimate stage didn't keep him from concluding in third overall due to bonus seconds won at an intermediate sprint.
Our first young riders jersey and the teams classification were nice rewards too.

Probably the best couple of races we've had this year. Looking back, Kubis launched a little too early in Norway and could have done even better than his fifth place. Despite facing Belgian and French Pro Teams in the region of Bretagne, Toupalik matched our result from the Norwegian race at Tour du Finistère.
Zahalka 's late attack almost secured our first win at Boucles de l'Aulne. Sadly, Burgaudeau pipped him just on the line.

Expectations for our trip to Luxembourg: getting bullied by some strong conti sprinters once more, especially with Teutenberg on the startlist.
Where do I start? We somehow managed to catch him off guard on the first day, as Lukáš Kubiš sprinted to our and his first win of the year. Teutenberg would make up winning the next two sprints.
Jakub Ťoupalík tried to win the fourth stage with a late acceleration and he did, sadly without opening a gap to the bunch. Without getting involved in the last mass sprint, several riders moved up in the final standings.
We concluded our best race so far with two stage wins, the teams classification and four men in the overall top 10.

Home rider Martin Laas secured a close win at the prologue, beating Medway by a mere second. Tomáš Přidal 's 11th place was a promising start.
The cobbles in the final of both stage two and three hurt us in general and the sprint chances of Kubiš in particular. At least two of our men finished in the first group twice. A gap in the final one shuffled the final top 10 and made Kubiš and Boroš move into the GC top 5. Přidal could have done the same if I had made him sprint too.
Don't even get me started on the race in Denmark.

Alejandro Osorio made an early bid for a good GC result beating top favourite Martin Toft Madsen on the prologue. Winning the second stage too made things look even better for him.
Boroš lost more than 40 seconds on the first day, then earned his team captain role on the second, finishing 5" behind the Osorio group.
Better tactics than the day before ended with Michael launching a smart attack 5 kilometers from the line on the last day. He secured our third stage win of the year and kept a small gap too, leaping onto the final GC podium. Zahálka won the KoM standings just pacing over one cat.1 climb.
