- fkIDteam_ladder - no matter, that's for multiplayer, set to 61 f.e.
- fkIDxchange_cyclist - that's cyclist contract ID in the table CYN_contract_cyclist, but you may set PAN_Rubiano0607 in both tables for all newly added cyclists without any problems.
- fkIDequipment_selection_normal and selection_clm - that's equipment ID for road race and TT. Set unique (!) numbers in a row for each cyclist - from 1-2, 3-4 etc.
- charac_b_top_leader - I'm not sure it affects anything, I usually set it to 0 for newly added cyclists. But maybe that's the support level from teammates. Need to test.
- feat_f_professionalism is an attitude to work. F.e. Paolo Bettini has 80 and Frank Vandenbrouke has only 5 (yeah, Frank had pretty difficult character).
- value_f_potentiel_total is the rest of potential. F.e. Lance Armstrong has 420 and he is almost at his maximum, I suppose. So I found here: this value doesn't mean anything.
- professional, social, media - This is important for post-race interviews, I guess. Professional - reaction of a rider to talking with him, Social - with his teammates & Media - with press-people. Anyway I set all these attributes based on real character of any rider. F.e. a rider doesn't really like giving interviews, so I set 1 to his Media.
- CONSTANT and Soundname - no matter, leave it empty. Soundname - that's for commentaries (if you want add them for any rider), CONSTANT - for tutorial, I guess.

For the modified jersey, I suppose there is something wrong in the file you think the game should consider. Be sure to overwrite the existing files with the same name. I don't remember if there are hidden files in cache folder but you could force cache generation by changing screen resolution & shader options in game.

Thank you Sylvao, appreciate your feedback and i'm sure that Rovven7 and Tomcat9 give the right information but it doesn't work . I re-installed the game and follow your recommendation but same issue .
I changed the resolution to 1024*768, Anti-Aliasing to 4 and Sharders to 2.0 but no cache.
What does it matter ? I don't understand .
