I tried to get back into PCM and I like to add a few riders to the pcmdaily DB. The issue is, that in the game, the stats don't show. they only show in a race, but not when "in the HQ". How do I fix this?
Hey Paul, long time no see! Couple of questions to clarify: You add the riders to DYN_cyclist, I assume? In the base DB (in this case the PCM.daily DB) or in a savegame? And then in the career, the stats in the team window show all 55s? Or does the rider not show up at all? But you can select him to races, and then in the race interface, the stats show up correctly?

I added the riders to dyn_cyclist in the PCM.Daily DB, the stats don't show any stats at all, only "-". I can select the rider and the gameplay itself is not affected, but tracking progress in the hub is impossible that way. I'll try to upload a screenshot.
Hmm, I just tried it myself and everything worked fine. Can you load a savegame in an editor and check if the stats show up correctly there? Maybe something went wrong with the encoding of the edited file or something like that. Perhaps a basic point, but have you made sure that you filled every cell that you needed to fill in the cyclist's row in DYN_cyclist? And I assume you don't get any ModCheck Failed or other error messages at any point?
Whats the age of the rider? I noticed that riders which arent 18 yet sometimes not displayed correctly (though this was at PCM 23). When i had a rider with the age of 17 at my team the behavior was similar.

In the db, it shows correctly and I think i filled every cell that I needed. And yes, I got a modcheck failed message, but I thought that was normal.

The rider in question is 16. :/ maybe that could cause it

That's not how it should be, typically At least not in the unedited PCM.daily DB. Sometimes additional edits can cause the message, and the message doesn't have to mean that something gamebreaking is wrong, but sometimes it is the sign of something that can have long term effects.
If you still get the message after changing the rider's age, and if you want to investigate what's causing it, check for a txt file in the PCM folder in AppData/Roaming that is simply called Pro Cycling Manager 22. In there, search for <CheckDatabase>. This is where you find the cause of the error. Maybe you can identify it from that, and if not, feel free to PM me and we can try and figure it out
