Do stats work the same as in PCM 23

I'm on the fence about getting '24. I'm wondering if stats in '24 work the same or differently this year.
For instance: Mo, MM and Hill stat working based on %effort like in '23
and STA/RES stats working like the '23 version or have they altered it again.
