Please do your stat gains as soon as possible, otherwise renewals can't start and at some point will clash with holiday season a lot.

Regarding OVL, yes, no changes can be made at this point.

Regarding wages/renewals. Will try to make small changes there as before, so that results have more weight there and OVL a bit less. Won't be huge changes but likely makes it a bit more fair.

The earlier the better to get this going before holiday season.

To be fair doing stat gains requires hours if not days of work. And we only had almost two months to do it.
