Bauke Mollema, had a bad stage, losing 2'24, now 18th in GC
Vincenzo Nibali is 14th in GC at 1'52
Rigoberto Urán leads with 37" to Daniel Martin.

Most of the manager stuff will be AI, so I mainly just go with whatever the game throws at me. No messing with race schedule or fitness. Should make top results harder to get, making it a bit more realistic.
Interesting approach. As you say, it will probably make some things harder, but also you'll progress very fast, especially since you only play WT races and simulate the rest. The quick progress is already showing, I won't complain
Unfortunate that Mollema and Nibali both had one good and one bad day. Otherwise a good GC result for one of them could've been possible. Also, I genuinely forgot about Nibali's stint at Trek and was wondering for a second if you had transfered him there for this save game out of old Astana affinity

Thanks for reply.
Remember that I always gave up, due to all those races days often overlapping each other, so decided to cut it down.
Ya too bad they both had an off day.
Like Nibal a lot, but he was already here Actually I chose Trek for Mattias Skjelmose, hope to play the save long enough to follow his evolution. Always like to have a young upcoming Dane on the team.

The team lead changed from Jasper Stuyven to Mads Pedersen quite early, as Mads had great legs whereas Jasper had a mediocre day. Mads Pedersen was able to close down attacks from Mathieu Van der Poel and Kasper Asgreen, ending up in a strong group with just 13 km and one final cobbled hill left.
Sadly it ended up in a waiting game over the last few km, allowing more riders to come back. All the accelerations earlier took its toll, Mads was not able to get enough from his good sprint in the end. Anyway, all in all a fine day.

Credit to otherwise disregarded Antonio Nibali, the last rider able to stay with Mollema today.
Less than 5 km left. Bauke Mollema has just closed down an attack from Alberto Bettiol, when Thomas Pidcock sees the opportunity to counter attack.
Bauke Mollema's reaction comes to late to close the gab.

Favourites: Vingegaard, Urán, Pedersen, Carapaz, Thomas, Aru.
Details:
Honored that they see Pedersen as favorite here, but hardly realistic.
