Yes, you renew every rider every year. Demands may vary from year to year depending on success, stat development and other factors.

Stats change only during the offseason.
I think I understand training riders with xp, but I also read that I can do this with money, I can't find a thread explaining this, can someone link an explanation on ''buying'' training?

How many racedays can a rider have in a season?
That depends on how good a rider is and which division he/his team participates in. You can find the race days in the database excel file (columns AE through AG).

Just another note on training: You can only buy training for riders that have reached their maximum level at least one year ago, and who are at most 30 years old.

Budget is a secret. You'll obviously get enough money to cover the wages (CT wage cap is 1.2M iirc), plus "some" more. No details about that - and you must not talk about your budget once you have it, either.
You have to sign at least 15 and at most 20 riders - you can read last year's transfer rules for more details with respect to loans, stagiares etc.

Just wanted to link this FAQ which does a pretty good job providing an overview of how the ManGame works. It is a bit dated though, so some details are not exactly the same. Still a good read though

Welcome to all. As we were short staffed on reporters in recent seasons, you can also contribute to the ManGame by reporting on races. The requirement is to have PCM22 as this is the version it'll be used for the races. If you are interested in reporting races during the season, do not hesitate to ask.

As lots of offseason tasks work via file transfers such as renewals, transfers, race planning, race selection etc. the managers all have a dropbox folder, which is shared between you and me, so that I have access to your MG files.
Therefore I will create a new shared folder.
All new managers need to do the following:
- send me your dropbox mail in a private message for the sharing process
- in case you don`t have a dropbox account yet, please use the following link to create one: https://www.dropb...rc=global9
Due to 75+ MG team folders, my storage is usually close to 100 %, any new 500 MB I get for the link registration helps to avoid deleting stuff, which might be cool to have some time later. |

I don't want to clutter graphics threads with questions, but could someone confirm to me that I uploaded the jersey correct and that I did the equipment in the correct way?
Please let me know if I'm missing anything, there's a lot of information I'm trying to understand. |

Hey,
Unfortunately can't say anything about the jersey, as I don't have access to them. But if you uploaded the template that's also in your graphics pack, everything should be fine (just make sure to not upload the 3D picture).
Equipment looks fine, although I cannot answer your question about the colors being applied to equipment.
Graphics pack is almost correct. The bottle file has the wrong name (mg21), and the socks file is only 8 bit instead of 32. Image sizes are all correct as far as I can see.
Don't hesitate to ask if you've got some further questions

Ah, in the thread the example says mg21 with socks. But I'm content with default socks and bottles. Thanks for the quick feedback guys, I appreciate it. |

Oh, thanks, you're right. I fixed that typo now.
If you don't want custom stuff, it might be better to not include the files then - but I guess that wrong format should also lead to the game taking the default. Not sure about that, though.
